Northern Virginia’s "tolerant" left just showed their true colors in the most disgusting way possible.
A white liberal woman thought it was perfectly acceptable to make a racist Jim Crow comparison against Virginia’s black Lieutenant Governor.
And this white liberal Democrat revealed what her party really thinks with one racist sign that exposed their movement completely.
Liberal activist makes Jim Crow comparison at school board meeting
The scene was Arlington County School Board’s Thursday night meeting, where Lieutenant Governor Winsome Earle-Sears was scheduled to speak against the district’s policy allowing boys to use girls’ bathrooms.
That’s when the coordinated Democrat resistance machine decided to show everyone what "tolerance" really looks like.
Among the usual collection of tired leftist slogans and pro-transgender signs, one message stood out for its sheer racist audacity.
The offensive placard, held by a white liberal woman, read: "HEY WINSOME, IF TRANS CAN’T SHARE YOUR BATHROOM THEN BLACKS CAN’T SHARE MY WATER FOUNTAIN."
But investigative journalist Asra Nomani dug deeper and uncovered the shocking truth about who was really behind this racist attack.
The woman wasn’t some random protester – she was wearing a "WOFA" t-shirt, which stands for "We of Action Virginia," a registered Democratic resistance organization that describes itself as "An Indivisible group."⁷
This wasn’t spontaneous hate – this was coordinated political warfare from the same multimillion-dollar Democrat machine behind "ALL the anti-Trump, anti-Elon, anti-Tesla protests," according to Nomani’s investigation.⁸
Even more damning, Arlington Democrat Party Chair Steve Baker was caught on video whispering to the racist sign-holder: "That’s getting a lot of play on TV right now… Negative."⁹
The resistance operative’s response revealed everything about the coordinated bubble these people operate in.
"Oh, really? Wow," she said, seemingly clueless that her racist Jim Crow comparison might be getting negative coverage.¹
Coordinated Democrat machine exposed in racist attack
The investigation revealed this was far from a spontaneous outburst of liberal racism.
"We of Action Virginia" registered as a "nonstock corporation" with the Virginia State Corporation Commission on May 12, 2025, but has been operating since 2017 as the Indivisible Arlington chapter – part of the organized Democrat resistance that emerged after Trump’s first inauguration.¹⁰
According to Nomani’s findings, this group has been marching "from 2017 at the Women’s March against Trump through 2025 at the #HandsOff rallies. They march at the anti-ICE protests and #FreeDC protests now."¹¹
But here’s the most damaging revelation: "We of Action Virginia, Indivisible and Sign Lady are door-knockers, trying to elect Dems @SpanbergerForVA @SenatorHashmi @jonesjay to lead Virginia."¹²
That’s right – the woman making racist comparisons to Jim Crow segregation is actively campaigning to elect Abigail Spanberger as Virginia’s next Governor.
Lieutenant Governor Earle-Sears wasn’t about to let this coordinated racist attack slide.
"I’m disgusted, but not surprised," she posted on social media. "This is the ‘tolerant’ left Abigail Spanberger defends. I’m the sitting Lieutenant Governor, second in command in the former Capitol of the confederate states. I’m an immigrant, a Marine, and above all, a human being."²
She continued: "There is no place for this disgusting hatred in our Commonwealth. Anyone who doesn’t condemn this sign is complicit in approving it."

Earle-Sears also connected this racist display directly to her Democrat opponent.
"Abigail Spanberger supports the extremism that put boys – and even a convicted sex offender – into girls’ locker rooms," she declared. "She’s hiding right now because she’s guilty. Where are you, Abigail?"³

Matthew Hurtt, head of the Arlington County Republican Committee, wasn’t surprised by the racist display from organized Democratic resistance operatives.
"No one should be surprised that a white progressive woman expressed a racist sentiment against Winsome Earle-Sears, a black woman, an immigrant, and a Marine," Hurtt told RedState. "This is absolutely disgusting, but as someone who lives in Arlington, I am not surprised. This is who they are."⁴
Even Ben Carson couldn’t stomach the offensive analogy.
"It’s disheartening to see such ignorance on display," Carson posted on social media. "To compare standing for common sense and safety in bathrooms with the evils of Jim Crow is not only historically false, but deeply insulting to those who truly suffered under segregation. We must not trivialize real injustice by twisting history to score political points."⁵

The Democrat resistance machine’s racist agenda exposed

Abigail Spanberger can try to distance herself from this all she wants, but her campaign door-knockers just revealed exactly what kind of coordinated machine she’s running with. When organized Democratic resistance groups are making racist signs comparing civil rights to transgender bathroom access, you’ve lost any claim to moral authority.
The mask is off. The coordinated Democrat resistance machine just showed Virginia voters exactly who they really are – and thanks to investigative journalism, we now know it wasn’t random hatred, it was organized political warfare funded by the same multimillion-dollar operation behind anti-Trump protests nationwide.
