Inside the Trump Presidential Library Renderings: Air Force One, a Replica Oval Office and Gold Escalators
Trump dropped the renderings on Truth Social Tuesday morning – the first public look at the Donald J. Trump Presidential Library in downtown Miami.
The building is a towering glass skyscraper rising over Biscayne Bay, Trump's name displayed in gold near the top.
The lobby holds the Qatari luxury jet Trump is converting into the new Air Force One – displayed alongside gold escalators identical to the ones he rode down on June 16, 2015, when he first told America he was running.
Inside the auditorium, that Butler statue stands center stage.
The replica Oval Office is there.
The West Colonnade.
A ballroom.

Eric Trump – who spent six months leading the project and serves as president of the Donald J. Trump Presidential Library Foundation – called it a landmark that will "stand as a lasting testament to an amazing man, an amazing developer, and the greatest President our Nation has ever known."
White House spokesperson Davis Ingle added: "The Trump Presidential Library will be one of the most magnificent buildings in the world and a living testament to the indelible impact President Trump has made on America and its people."
The 2.63-acre waterfront site was deeded to the foundation by the State of Florida through a Cabinet vote led by Gov. Ron DeSantis.
It sits next to Miami's Freedom Tower – the building where Cuban refugees escaping communism were processed for American residency in the 1960s and 70s.
That location is not an accident.
The Obama Presidential Center Cost 850 Million Dollars and Has No Presidential Records
Obama's presidential center opens in Chicago on June 19 – timed to Juneteenth – with a final price tag of $850 million, triple the original $300 million estimate.
The National Archives won't maintain it.
Obama's actual presidential records are stored at a facility in Hoffman Estates, Illinois – a suburb most people have never heard of.

What's opening in Jackson Park is a museum tower, an NBA-regulation basketball court, a fruit and vegetable garden, and an athletic facility.
The city of Chicago and the state of Illinois put in over $224 million in road realignments and transit upgrades just to accommodate it.
Trump's library is being built on privately transferred state land, with private foundation money, next to a building that symbolizes freedom from the exact ideology Obama's party keeps importing.
Every dollar of the difference between these two buildings is a statement about what each man actually thinks of America.
Trump Library vs Obama Library: One Has a Basketball Court and One Has Air Force One
The media will cover this as Trump being excessive.
They always do.
But presidential libraries have been a vanity project since LBJ's cost ten times Truman's, since Reagan's cost triple Johnson's, since Clinton's was partly funded by foreign governments and – this actually happened – by the ex-wife of a man Clinton pardoned on his last day in office.
The difference is that those libraries were sold to Americans as humble archives.

There is a golden statue.
There are gold escalators.
The name is on the building in letters you can read from across the water.
And it's going up next to the Freedom Tower – next to the place where Cubans who had lost everything came to start over in the freest country on earth – in the city Trump carried by 13 points, the first Republican to win Miami-Dade since 1988.
That's not excess.
That's exactly what winning looks like.
