After completing a three-day tour spanning California, Texas, and Arizona, Homan dropped a bombshell about what he witnessed.

"Unprecedented, nothing like this in the history of the country," Homan told Fox News Channel's Maria Bartiromo. "Look, we got the most secure border in the history of this nation, the most secure ever."¹

"I just came back. I just did a border review in San Diego, Texas, and Arizona. I toured the border by air, by boat, and by 4-wheel drive," Homan explained. "Three days on the southern border, Maria, I didn't see a single illegal alien."²
A 40-year veteran of border enforcement who started as a Border Patrol agent in 1984 spent three full days touring the most active smuggling corridors in America.
He traveled by air, boat, and four-wheel drive across multiple states.
And he didn't spot a single person attempting to enter illegally.
"And I have been doing this since 1984, even when I was in Border Patrol," Homan stated. "Never seen anything like it in my 40-year career."³
The statistics back up what Homan witnessed firsthand.
Border crossings are down 95% compared to the chaos under Biden.⁴
That's not a reduction.
That's a complete shutdown of the illegal invasion that defined the previous administration.
Biden's border disaster exposed
The contrast between Trump's secured border and Biden's catastrophe couldn't be more dramatic.
Under Biden, there were more than 9.5 million encounters nationwide and more than 7.8 million encounters at the Southwest border during his time in office.⁵
The average monthly border encounters hit nearly 160,000, with the daily average peaking at 15,000.⁶
Biden allowed more illegal aliens to enter the country in a single month than most American cities have residents.
The human cost went beyond statistics.
Nearly 64,000 pounds of fentanyl was seized at the southern border in Biden's four years — enough fentanyl to kill 14 billion people.⁷
That's just what Border Patrol managed to intercept.
Nobody knows how much deadly poison made it through.
Now compare that nightmare to Trump's first year back in office.
March of 2025 saw the lowest monthly number of border encounters in recorded history, at less than 7,200.⁸
The lowest daily number fell to less than 200.⁹

Homan explained exactly what Trump's secured border means for Americans.
"How many aliens aren't dying making that journey?" Homan asked. "How many pounds of fentanyl aren't getting and killing Americans? How many known and suspected terrorists are not crossing that border because the Border Patrol is 100 percent vigilant on that line, stopping all the entries?"¹⁰
Those aren't rhetorical questions.
They represent real lives saved because the border is actually defended.
The cartels made billions trafficking humans and drugs during Biden's open-door policy.
Now they're going broke.
Border Patrol agents can finally do their jobs because they're not overwhelmed processing thousands of illegal aliens every day.
Instead of changing diapers and filling out paperwork, agents patrol the line preventing illegal crossings.
In Trump's first 100 days, authorities arrested over 151,000 illegal aliens and deported over 135,000.¹¹
These numbers already surpassed Biden's entire final year.¹²
The administration targeted the most dangerous criminals first.
Six hundred members of the violent Venezuelan gang Tren De Aragua were arrested or deported, along with thousands of MS-13 and 18th Street Gang members.¹³
Trump's border strategy combines prevention with enforcement.
The administration isn't just catching people at the border.

Democrats spent four years claiming Trump's border policies were cruel and inhumane.
