Philadelphia's crime rate hit a record under Pennsylvania District Attorney Larry Krasner's watch.
Now the man George Soros spent nearly $2 million to put in office is fantasizing about blowing up the White House.
But Todd Blanche reminded this Democrat prosecutor of one fact that made the whole fantasy collapse.
What Krasner Said Out Loud
At a slavery commemoration event in Philadelphia's Old City on Tuesday, Krasner told the crowd he was looking forward to a future moment when Democrats take back power.
He called Trump "the embodiment of hate," "the embodiment of ignorance," and "the embodiment of depriving people of their vote and their education."
Then he described his plans for the White House ballroom Trump is currently building.
"I'm going to have a paperweight sitting on my desk," Krasner told the audience. "You know what that paperweight's going to be?" he continued. "It's going to be a piece of the ballroom after we all blow it up."

Then – apparently realizing a sitting district attorney had just described blowing up the White House on camera – he tried to clean it up.
"In an official ceremony," Krasner added, "we're going to blow it up, and we're going to give the taxpayers their money back by selling old pieces as paperweights."
The crowd cheered.
At least one attendee shouted they wanted a piece too.
Blanche Ended It in One Sentence
Attorney General Todd Blanche appeared on Fox News within hours.
He wasn't rattled.
"The ballroom is being built," Blanche said flatly. "It's not stopped."
"The Supreme Court issued the stay, which allows us to continue the work,” he added.

He also noted what most Philadelphians were already thinking: that a DA with his city's homicide numbers might want to focus closer to home.
Chief Justice John Roberts had issued the stay just days before, blocking a lower court ruling that had required Congressional sign-off before construction could proceed.
Trump posted on Truth Social thanking the Court: "The Military/Ballroom Complex being built on the hallowed grounds of the White House, which is so vital for National Security, will be THE GREATEST OF ITS KIND!"
What George Soros Bought in Philadelphia
This is not Krasner's first rodeo with statements like this.
In January 2026, Krasner threatened ICE agents on camera, comparing them to Nazis and vowing to "hunt you down the way they hunted down Nazis for decades."
His office was later found by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals to have made fraudulent misrepresentations to a court while attempting to overturn a convicted murderer's death sentence.
Philadelphia recorded its highest homicide total in over 300 years on his watch.
The Pennsylvania House voted to impeach him in 2022.
He won reelection anyway – to a third term – because George Soros keeps writing checks.
Soros spent nearly $1.7 million to put Krasner in office in 2017 – five times what Krasner himself raised – through a PAC called Philadelphia Justice and Public Safety.
A Media Research Center investigation later documented that Soros's organization Fair and Just Prosecution had Soros-backed DAs sign 33 pledges not to enforce certain laws, including immigration statutes and election integrity measures.
Krasner signed those pledges.
The Pattern Is the Point
There's a reason Krasner is standing at a slavery commemoration threatening to blow up a federal building instead of prosecuting the carjackers terrorizing his own constituents.
This is the job Soros bought.
Not reducing crime in Philadelphia.

Not protecting anyone from the violence that made their city one of the most dangerous in America.
The job is to provide cover for the radical left's war on everything Trump is building – literally and figuratively.
Madonna said almost the exact same thing about blowing up the White House back in 2017 and faced no consequences.
Krasner said it in 2026 as a sitting DA, knowing the same rules apply to him that apply to every progressive in a blue city: nothing will happen.
The ballroom is going up anyway.
Krasner can collect his paperweight when Democrats win back the White House – and based on how that's been going, he may want to clear some desk space for something else.
