Tim Tebow Told Congress Something About 89000 Kids That Should End Careers in Washington

Mar 6, 2026

Tim Tebow walked into the U.S. Senate this week and delivered the most important testimony Washington will ignore all year.

Democrats just spent four years building the world's most dangerous child trafficking pipeline – and now they're pretending it doesn't exist.

Tebow laid out a number that should haunt every senator in that room – and it has nothing to do with border crossings or asylum claims.

DHS Has Seven Analysts to Identify 89000 Child Sex Trafficking Victims

The Homeland Security Investigations Cyber Crimes Center – the federal government's best unit for identifying child abuse victims – has seven full-time analysts.

Seven.

Their job is to identify the children in 89,000 series of abuse images sitting in a single Interpol database.

That number was 57,000 two years ago.

Before that it was 20,000.

It keeps climbing because nobody in power cared enough to stop it.

Tebow's Tim Tebow Foundation, through Operation Renewed Hope – the largest victim identification operation in the world – ran three operations and tentatively identified 1,119 children.

Nearly half were American kids.

Canada has a separate database with over 94 million uncategorized files scraped from the dark web – and investigators don't yet know how many children those files represent.

In the last six months alone, more than 338,000 unique IP addresses inside the United States were caught trading child sexual abuse images across peer-to-peer networks.

And Washington's answer to all of this has been seven analysts.

How Biden Lost 320000 Children and Democrats Blocked Every Fix

Here's what Tim Tebow didn't need to say – because the record already says it.

While the Cyber Crimes Center was being starved of resources, the Biden administration was running the most reckless child placement operation in American history.

More than 500,000 unaccompanied children crossed the southern border and entered HHS custody between 2021 and 2025.

Biden's HHS – run by Xavier Becerra – failed to conduct background checks on over 11,000 sponsors who were not parents or legal guardians of the children placed with them.

The Biden administration ignored or dismissed over 65,000 reports regarding migrant children – including over 7,300 reports of human trafficking.

A DHS Inspector General report confirmed that as of 2024, the Biden administration had lost track of over 320,000 of those children.

HHS employees were barred from communicating with law enforcement.

Senator Chuck Grassley spent years raising alarms about every one of these failures in committee hearings.

Democrats blocked his efforts to fix it.

When Senate Republicans tried to pass child protection reforms in September 2024, Democrats voted no.

The Biden administration stonewalled Grassley's oversight requests until the Trump administration handed over the data – which confirmed every warning Grassley had issued.

The Renewed Hope Act of 2026 and What Happens if Congress Ignores It

The Renewed Hope Act of 2026, introduced by Rep. Laurel Lee (R-Fla.) and championed by Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.), is straightforward.

It gives DHS the resources to hire and train more analysts, investigators, and forensic specialists dedicated exclusively to identifying children in abuse images.

It is the most obvious law Congress could pass.

It already cleared committee markup in the House in January.

And yet Tebow has to fly to Washington and beg.

Sen. Hawley said it plainly: these are children the government could identify and rescue if it had the will and the resources to do it.

A mother identified only as Jane Doe testified that her daughter was abused 25 years ago – and to this day she receives Justice Department notifications every time another offender is caught with those images.

The offender count is now in the tens of thousands.

Movies have been made from the recordings of her daughter's abuse.

The Biden administration left seven analysts to address a crisis of this scale while losing 320,000 migrant children into the darkness.

The Renewed Hope Act doesn't fix all of that.

But it starts the army Tim Tebow is calling for – and after four years of deliberate neglect, the least Republicans in Congress can do is answer when a man like Tebow walks through the door and proves every child Washington forgot is still waiting.
