Tim Burchett Had Three Words for Bill Clinton After Hillary Called the White House Our House

Jun 17, 2026

Hillary Clinton spent 25 years telling Americans she was the most qualified person to hold power – then her husband got caught with an intern in that very house.

Now she's back, selling merchandise and lecturing Trump about "our house" the morning after the White House UFC event.

What happened next is exactly what she deserved.

The Post That Blew Up in Her Face

Trump hosted UFC Freedom 250 on the South Lawn Saturday night – 4,000 fans, two championship bouts, Justin Gaethje pulling off what Joe Rogan called one of the biggest upsets in the sport's history.

Democrats fumed.

But Hillary decided to make her move.

"Remember, during today's literal cage match on the White House grounds: No matter what, it's not his house. It's our house," she posted Sunday, hawking hats, coasters, and stickers to benefit candidates she claimed would "respect the form AND the function of the people's house."

She even blocked most replies.

Representative Tim Burchett, R-Tenn., didn't need a reply box.

He retweeted her post with a reminder she clearly hoped America had forgotten: "They literally rented out the Lincoln Bedroom and don't forget Bill's activity in the Oval Office. The vandalism that went on when you left was also well-documented."

Retired Lt. Col. Buzz Patterson – who said he personally carried Bill Clinton's nuclear football inside the White House for two years – didn't hold back either.

"I saw it all up close," Patterson wrote, going on to accuse Clinton of misconduct with an intern and with female Air Force enlisted crew on Air Force One, and claiming that Clinton lost the nuclear codes during his tenure.

"And when you finally slinked out in 2001?” Patterson added. “You and your crew trashed the place – vandalism, theft, the GAO confirmed it."

Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch kept it shorter: "Woman who stole White House furniture has something to say about 'our house.'"

The official Republican Party account told Clinton to "sit this one out."

What the Government's Own Report Found

Patterson's line about the GAO isn't rhetorical.

It's documented.

A congressional investigation found that damage, theft, vandalism, and pranks occurred throughout the White House complex during the 2001 Clinton-to-Bush transition.

Confirmed losses included 62 computer keyboards, 26 cell phones, 15 television remotes, historic doorknobs, and deliberately broken furniture.

Clinton staffers glued desk drawers shut, ripped phone lines from walls, and left obscene voicemail messages for incoming Bush staff.

The GAO's own language was unambiguous: incidents like gluing drawers shut and stealing items "clearly were intentional acts" – and intentional damage to federal property "would constitute a criminal act in violation of federal law."

Total confirmed damage: nearly $19,000.

All of it was documented. None of it was prosecuted.

Representative Bob Barr, who requested the investigation, said the Clintons left the building "worse than college freshmen checking out of their dorm rooms."

She's Been Running This Play for 30 Years

Hillary Clinton has spent three decades positioning herself as the guardian of norms, institutions, and democratic values.

The problem is that every time she invokes it, someone with a memory shows up.

Her husband conducted an affair with a 22-year-old intern inside the White House – then lied about it under oath to a federal grand jury.

He was impeached.

Monica Lewinsky herself said in 2025 that the right thing for Bill to have done was resign.

When the Clintons left in 2001, their staff left the building looking, in Barr's description, "worse than college freshmen checking out of their dorm rooms."

Trump hosted a UFC championship on the South Lawn – paid for entirely by the UFC at no cost to taxpayers – to celebrate America's 250th anniversary on his 80th birthday.

Gaethje won the lightweight title.

Eighty-five thousand people watched from the Ellipse.

Democrats called it undignified.

The people who trashed the place on their way out the door called it disrespectful.
