Andrew just cost the royals everything they tried to protect.
Charles stripped his brother of every title back in October – thought distancing would solve the problem.
The Justice Department just released three photos showing the former duke on all fours above a woman lying on her back, and now the monarchy is scrambling to contain damage they can't control.
Justice Department Files Show Andrew In Compromising Epstein Photos
Nobody knows when or where these photos were taken.
Andrew's crouched over a fully clothed woman whose face the government blacked out.
In two shots, his hand rests on her stomach while he looks down at her.
In the third, he's staring straight at the camera.
The Justice Department provided zero context – no dates, no locations, no explanations.
What they did provide: email exchanges between Epstein and someone called "The Duke" from 2010.
These emails show Epstein trying to set up Andrew with a 26-year-old Russian woman.
Epstein wrote she was "clevere [sic] beautiful, trustworthy" and already had Andrew's email address.
Andrew replied he'd be "delighted to see her."
Weeks later, "The Duke" invited Epstein to Buckingham Palace for dinner with "lots of privacy."
This was August 2010 – two years after Epstein pleaded guilty to soliciting a minor for prostitution.
Andrew claimed in his catastrophic 2019 BBC interview that he cut all ties with Epstein in December 2010.
Court documents now prove he kept communicating with the convicted sex offender months after that supposed cutoff.
Prince William Hired Royal Crisis Expert After Epstein Files Warning
Prince William brought in Liza Ravenscroft from communications giant Edelman in January 2026.
Royal experts told Fox News the timing wasn't coincidence – William expected more Epstein material to surface and wanted professional damage control ready.
British royal expert Hilary Fordwich explained William and Catherine "recognize the harsh reality that there is highly likely to be more turmoil involving releases of material regarding the ghastly behavior of their uncle Andrew."
William reportedly pushed his father to take the nuclear option back in October.
Charles finally stripped Andrew of his prince title, kicked him out of Royal Lodge, and erased him from official royal records.
The palace thought distance would protect them.
It didn't work.
House Oversight Democrats just announced they received 95,000 new photos from Epstein's estate and demanded Andrew testify before Congress.
UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer publicly called on Andrew to cooperate.
"You can't be victim-centered if you're not prepared to do that," Starmer told reporters.
Andrew's staying silent.
His lawyers spent 10 months in 2020 rejecting every proposal for him to answer questions from federal prosecutors.
Prosecutors eventually gave up and said they'd ask British courts to compel his testimony.
That never happened.
King Charles Can't Stop The Epstein Scandal From Destroying Royal Family
Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams told Fox News there's "much more to come" because investigators are sifting through thousands of images and emails.
"This is what the palace has long dreaded," he said.
Royal commentator Meredith Constant pointed out Andrew was photographed on horseback at Sandringham over the weekend – at a spot where photographers regularly capture royals.
"It conveys that he feels above it all – unbothered, almost defiant," she said.
The palace issued one statement when Charles stripped the titles: they don't comment on Andrew anymore because he's no longer a working royal.
That policy means they're sitting ducks every time new files drop.
Meanwhile, Virginia Giuffre's brother Sky Roberts said his sister – who died by suicide in April 2025 after alleging Andrew sexually assaulted her three times starting when she was 17 – "brought down a British prince" and "won a victory for accountability."
Andrew settled Giuffre's civil lawsuit in 2022 for millions without admitting guilt.
Her posthumous memoir describing those encounters triggered Charles to finally act in October 2025.
Now the Justice Department keeps releasing evidence showing Andrew stayed connected to Epstein's world long after he claimed otherwise.
British broadcaster Helena Chard summed up the crisis: "Andrew remains defiant, digging in his heels. There is little King Charles can do at this point other than urge his brother to testify before U.S. Congress or push him further into exile abroad."
The photos reveal exactly why William hired that crisis expert.
Because the monarchy's "Andrew problem" isn't going away – it's getting worse every time the Justice Department releases another batch of files.
And there are 95,000 more photos waiting.
