Trump and Biden react to Supreme Court immunity decision
The Supreme Court’s landmark ruling holding that the President has immunity from criminal prosecution for official acts in office meant there was no chance of Jack Smith getting his January 6 case to trial before the election.
This ruling also said prosecutors couldn’t admit official acts as evidence.
That imperiled Fani Willis’ case in Georgia and led Trump’s lawyers to challenge the verdict in the Manhattan show trial.
Donald Trump praised the ruling as a win for the Constitution and the office of the Presidency.
“THE SUPREME COURT DECISION IS A MUCH MORE POWERFUL ONE THAN SOME HAD EXPECTED IT TO BE. IT IS BRILLIANTLY WRITTEN AND WISE, AND CLEARS THE STENCH FROM THE BIDEN TRIALS AND HOAXES, ALL OF THEM, THAT HAVE BEEN USED AS AN UNFAIR ATTACK ON CROOKED JOE BIDEN’S POLITICAL OPPONENT, ME. MANY OF THESE FAKE CASES WILL NOW DISAPPEAR, OR WITHER INTO OBSCURITY. GOD BLESS AMERICA!” Trump posted on Truth Social.
Joe Biden responded with a televised speech at 7:45PM – his handlers had him speak at night to try and show he could work late hours following his horrifying performance at the debate with Trump – and ranted about the ruling.
Biden admits truth about Trump trials
For the first time, Biden came out and admitted his weaponized Justice Department indicted Donald Trump for the purposes of interfering in the 2024 election.
Biden – who was covered in so much bronzer that he looked like the orange man – fumed that this ruling prevented the January 6 case from going to trial before the election.
“The American people deserve to have an answer in the courts before the upcoming election. The public has a right to know the answer about what happened on January 6 before they’re asked the vote again this year,” Biden raged.
The January 6 trial was a real show trial with a biased Obama judge presiding and what would likely be an all-Democrat jury of Washington, D.C., Swamp residents.
Trump stood no chance of receiving a fair trial.
Biden called the fact that Trump won’t stand trial before the election a “disservice.”
Biden then complained that the American people would get to decide the election with their vote.
“Now, the American people have to do what the court should have been willing to do but will not,” Biden continued.
“The American people have to render a judgment about Donald Trump’s behavior. The American people must decide whether Donald Trump’s assault on our democracy on January 6 makes him unfit for public office, the highest office in the land. The American people must decide if Trump’s embrace of violence to preserve his power is acceptable. Perhaps, most importantly, the American people must decide if they want to entrust the President once again, the Presidency to Donald Trump,” Biden concluded.
This decision eliminates the possibility that the courts will bail Joe Biden out.
And that is what really angers Democrats.
