Democrats are reeling after President Joe Biden confirmed his severe mental decline during his shocking debate performance.

The media reported that the plot to replace Biden on the ticket began while the debate was still ongoing.

“Democrats are so panicked over President Joe Biden’s faltering debate performance some are actively discussing what was once unspeakable: replacing him on the ticket,” Politico reported. 

But Democrats are facing serious obstacles in trying to swap him out as the party’s nominee.

Biden’s family reportedly wants him to stay in the race, and the campaign is vowing that he’ll fight on.

But a fresh batch of bad polling after the debate and pressure from the Democrat elite could sway the Biden campaign.

The biggest challenge facing Democrats is who to replace the President with. 

Vice President Kamala Harris is more unpopular than him and party insiders don’t think that she could win a national election.

Democrat Governors and Senators are too far behind the eight-ball to get a national campaign off the ground.

The Democratic National Convention begins in late August, and Democrats need a well-known figure who can unify the party if Biden gets replaced.

Ted Cruz predicts that Michelle Obama is riding to the rescue of Democrats

U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) said he believes that former First Lady Michelle Obama would replace Biden as the Democrat’s Presidential nominee. 

The Texas lawmaker has been beating the drum since last year that Obama has been waiting in the wings to swap in for Biden.

“The odds have now skyrocketed,” Cruz said on his podcast Verdict. “The odds are north of 80% that the Democratic Party will remove Joe Biden from the ticket and replace him . . . with Michelle Obama because Biden did so disastrously badly tonight that Democrats across the country are in utter freefall and complete panic.”

Cruz explained that political reality set in for Democrats after watching Biden stumble and fumble his way through the debate.

“His brain was frozen. It short-circuited. Joe Biden did badly when he wasn’t talking. When he wasn’t talking the look on his face was a look of confusion,” Cruz stated. “Listen, anyone who’s ever dealt with an elderly parent, an elderly grandparent who’s dealing with the loss of their faculties knows that.”

Cruz said that Michelle Obama was the clear pick “because she was First Lady and has the ability to, kind of, parachute in above all. This is the Obamas saving the day. In terms of a solution, that unifies Democrats.”

The former First Lady has denied any interest in running for President but the crisis with Biden could cause her to rethink it.

Cruz added that she can avoid the hassle of a Primary and be installed in August with the Presidency potentially waiting in the wings.

“When I see the media turning on Joe Biden right now, I think the odds of Michelle Obama parachuting in in August of 2024 have risen dramatically,” Cruz said. “That ought to scare the hell out of anyone who is unhappy about the direction this country is going and doesn’t want us to go even crazier in an even worse direction.”

Democrats are going to be exploring every plan B option on the table with the Biden campaign in crisis.
