The same crowd that told you to trust Fauci, eat processed slop from the government food pyramid, and watch Pete Buttigieg fly a private jet to a climate conference is now mocking two men who stripped off their shirts and got in a sauna.
This week, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. dropped a workout video with Kid Rock – and the internet lost its mind.
What they did in that video is something the entire Washington establishment has refused to do for fifty years, and the left knows it.
The RFK Jr. Kid Rock Workout Video
Kennedy, 72 years old, did sit-ups, rode a stationary bike in a sauna wearing jeans, and then jumped into a cold plunge tub – all with Kid Rock right beside him.
The two men set the whole thing to Kid Rock's "Bawitdaba," held up an American flag, drank glasses of whole milk, and played pickleball like men who have nothing to prove to anyone.
That last part – the whole milk – is the part the left doesn't want to talk about.
Kennedy told Fox News just two weeks ago that he's on a "carnivore diet, so I just eat meat and ferments" – and the man looks better at 72 than most Washington bureaucrats half his age.
The Biden administration spent four years telling you the government needed to control what goes in your body.
Kennedy is out here doing pull-ups.

Make America Healthy Again vs. Big Food's Artificial Dyes
Here's what the video is actually about.
For decades, Big Food has been loading American products with petroleum-based synthetic dyes, untested chemical additives, and ultra-processed ingredients that are banned outright in Europe.
The same cereal they sell your grandchildren in the United States has a completely different – and shorter – ingredient list in Canada.
Kennedy has been forcing these companies to change it.
Under his leadership, the FDA is now phasing out synthetic dyes from America's food supply, and they're closing the so-called GRAS loophole – the legal trick that let food manufacturers quietly declare their own ingredients "generally recognized as safe" without any independent FDA review.
In 2025 alone, 75 bills targeting food dyes were introduced in 37 states – because for the first time in a generation, Washington had a health secretary fighting for American families instead of the food lobby.
Nestle, Hershey, and PepsiCo are now pledging to phase out artificial color additives.
They didn't do that voluntarily.
The Left Hates the MAHA Movement. Here's Why.
Kid Rock headlined the conservative alternative to Bad Bunny's Super Bowl halftime show just last week.
He just endorsed John James for Michigan governor.
Trump himself has called Kid Rock's fans "hardworking, God-fearing, rock and roll patriots" – and the man has earned that loyalty by showing up for conservative America every single time it mattered.
Now he's in a sauna with the HHS Secretary doing push-ups and drinking whole milk.
The left is furious because they've spent thirty years pretending to care about public health while protecting every food company, every pharmaceutical lobby, and every government bureaucrat who kept poison in your children's cereal.
Two men choosing to be healthy on their own terms – without a government mandate, a diversity consultant, or an NPR explainer – is the one thing they cannot forgive.
What RFK Jr.'s Food Dye Ban Actually Means for Your Family
Kennedy told the Heritage Foundation this month that Trump "lets me do stuff that I don't think anybody else would ever let me do."
That's exactly right.
Eighteen states are now blocking SNAP benefits from being used to buy candy and sugary drinks.
The $50 billion Rural Health Transformation Program is rewarding states that clean up their food policies.
The man who got into a cold plunge tub wearing jeans just forced Nestle to reformulate your grandchildren's cereal.
The media that celebrated Fauci on magazine covers is calling a 72-year-old on a stationary bike embarrassing.
They don't care about your health.
They care that someone finally does.
