And Prince Andrew made one rude comment about Kate Middleton that cost him his relationship with Prince William.

A bombshell new unauthorized biography about Prince Andrew is sending shockwaves through the British royal family.
The book, titled "Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York" by author Andrew Lownie, hits bookshelves today and contains 400 pages of explosive revelations from hundreds of sources.

The revelation that William has been working "behind the scenes" to remove Andrew from Royal Lodge shows just how deep this family feud runs.
Royal Lodge is a massive 30-room mansion on the Windsor estate where Andrew lives with his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson.
Andrew has a 75-year lease on the property that runs until 2078, making it difficult to force him out.
But William appears to be playing the long game, positioning himself to address "the Andrew problem" once he becomes king.
Royal expert Ian Pelham Turner explained that Andrew’s comments about Kate were part of a pattern of inappropriate behavior.
"Envy has always been a strong emotion within the royal family," Turner told Fox News Digital. "These alleged barbed comments ultimately upset William. It’s one of many ‘Baby Grumpling’ outbursts Andrew was famed for when flying into a rage when anyone questioned his authority."
The fact that William has been quietly working against his uncle for years shows how seriously he takes threats to his wife’s dignity.

Royal expert Helena Chard told Fox News Digital that the book represents "the final nail in Prince Andrew’s coffin."
"Prince Andrew is becoming the Titanic of the royal family, with him hitting the scandal iceberg, which could sink the whole royal ship," Turner added. "Unruly, rude, arrogant — and that’s, according to the book, some of his better qualities."
The future looks bleak for the disgraced duke
Andrew’s situation will only get worse when William eventually becomes king.
Several royal experts have predicted that William will move quickly to strip Andrew of his remaining titles and remove him from Royal Lodge.
"There are reports that his nephew will remove them when he succeeds to the throne," royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams told Fox News Digital.
Andrew currently retains his title as Duke of York and remains a Counsellor of State, despite being effectively banished from public life.
William isn’t the type to forget a slight against his wife.
The future king has been quietly building his case against Andrew for years now. Every misstep, every embarrassment, every rude comment about Kate – William’s been keeping score.
