President Trump Taught His Granddaughter One Thing and Now She Is Building an Empire

Jun 7, 2026

President Trump told Kai to never quit.

She didn't.

Before she swings a single club for the University of Miami this fall, the President's 18-year-old granddaughter just launched her own signature energy drink flavor – and the benchmark she has to beat is one million cans sold.

The Lesson That Started Everything

Kai Trump credits one person for what she's becoming.

"He taught me to just keep on working at it," she told Fox & Friends last year. "I love playing golf – it's something that we share, a special bond together."

President Trump has called her a "fantastic" golfer and predicted she might beat him someday.

She's already beating plenty of people.

Kai holds the No. 1 ranking in high school women's golf NIL nationally – with deals signed with Accelerator Active Energy, TaylorMade Golf, and Leaf Trading Cards before she's played a single college match.

Her On3 NIL valuation sits at $1.2 million.

Her social media reach is 5.4 million across all platforms.

Blue Raz Slush and the Bar She Has to Clear

Kai's new signature flavor with Accelerator Active Energy – Blue Raz Slush – is inspired by a childhood memory.

Blue raspberry movie theater slushies.

That detail separates an authentic partnership from a corporate endorsement deal, and Kai was involved in every step of building it.

"We tested so many different versions to make sure the flavor felt authentic to my tastes and something I'd genuinely want to drink every day," Trump said in a statement.

Accelerator CEO Andrew Wilkinson confirmed she drove the process.

"Kai had a very clear vision on what she wanted throughout the process," Wilkinson said.

Blue Raz Slush is the second signature flavor Accelerator has launched with an athlete-equity partner.

The first was Livvy Dunne's Cotton Candy – which became the brand's No. 1 product across all retail and e-commerce, crossing one million cans sold since its April 2025 debut.

That's the number sitting in front of Kai Trump right now.

What This Actually Means

The left will tell you Kai's success is just about her last name.

They're half right – and half wrong in the way that matters.

Yes, being the President's granddaughter opens doors.

But doors don't sell one million cans of anything.

Doors don't produce a No. 1 national NIL ranking in a sport the establishment largely ignored until Kai walked in.

Doors don't get you an equity stake – not an endorsement deal, an ownership stake – in one of the fastest-growing clean energy drink brands in the country, alongside Travis Kelce and Paula Badosa.

NIL expert Noah Henderson put it plainly: "The majority of her value comes from her status as a celebrity."

Fine.

But here's what Henderson left out: celebrity without product means nothing in a $2.3 billion NIL market where beverage brands posted a 19% increase in deals last year alone.

Livvy Dunne is a celebrity too.

Her Cotton Candy flavor still had to actually sell.

It did.

Now the President's granddaughter – the girl he took on the golf course, the girl he told to never quit, the girl who listened – is next.
