One company just showed what America First really means with this jaw-dropping donation

Corporate America has been letting down our veterans for decades.

But one Wisconsin-based company just proved there are still patriots in the business world.

And ABC Supply just showed what America First really means with this jaw-dropping donation to our nation’s heroes.

ABC Supply raises $4.7 million for wounded veterans

While many corporations waste billions on woke causes and foreign initiatives, ABC Supply Co. put America’s veterans first in a spectacular way.

The company partnered with AJ Foyt Racing at the legendary Indianapolis 500 to raise money for Homes For Our Troops, a nonprofit that builds specially adapted homes for severely injured post-9/11 veterans.

The results were nothing short of extraordinary.

ABC Supply announced that their monthlong fundraising campaign raised an impressive $4.7 million for veterans who sacrificed everything for our freedom.

"Giving back to the community and honoring our Veterans is at the heart of who we are," said Mike Jost, president and chief operating officer at ABC Supply.

The company didn’t just ask for donations either.

They put their money where their mouth is by matching the first $1 million in contributions, helping push the total well past their original $4 million goal.

A patriotic powerhouse takes the track

For the fourth straight year, ABC Supply sponsored AJ Foyt Racing’s No. 14 Chevrolet with a striking red, white and blue paint scheme that screamed American pride.

Driver Santino Ferrucci piloted the patriotic machine to an impressive fifth-place finish at this year’s Indianapolis 500.

"It was an honor to drive the Homes For Our Troops car in the Indianapolis 500 and extremely rewarding to know that they not only met their goal but exceeded it—again!" Ferrucci said.

The driver understood the real significance of what they accomplished on and off the track.

"Raising over four million dollars is incredible, and it will help a lot of our severely injured post-911 Veterans," Ferrucci explained. "Those funds will go a very long way in building multiple houses for them, helping them financially and getting their lives back on track."

Veterans and their families from Homes For Our Troops got VIP treatment at the race, spending time with the AJ Foyt Racing team and getting an exclusive look inside the garage.

Making a real difference for America’s heroes

ABC Supply has been a Platinum National Partner of Homes For Our Troops since 2020, proving this isn’t just a publicity stunt but a genuine commitment to our veterans.

Homes For Our Troops builds and donates custom, specially adapted homes for severely injured post-9/11 veterans who have sustained life-altering injuries including multiple limb amputations, paralysis, and severe traumatic brain injuries.

Since the organization’s founding in 2004, they’ve constructed over 400 specially adapted homes, helping veterans and their families rebuild their lives after making the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

"We are beyond grateful for ABC Supply’s sponsorship and support during the 2025 Indy 500," said HFOT President and CEO Brigadier General Tom Landwermeyer. "Their generous $1 million match was instrumental to raising over $4 million during the month of May."

The retired general praised how ABC Supply’s patriotic car livery gave "incredible visibility to our mission of Building Homes and Rebuilding Lives."

A company that actually supports America

ABC Supply’s commitment to veterans goes beyond just writing checks.

The Wisconsin-based company, which is the largest wholesale distributor of roofing and building products in North America, is committed to hiring military veterans as part of their regular business practices.

They’ve won the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award 19 times and received Glassdoor’s Employees’ Choice Award for Best Places to Work twice.

With over 1,000 locations across the United States and Canada, ABC Supply has built their business on serving professional contractors and "making it easy" for them to do their jobs.

But they’ve also made it clear that supporting America’s veterans is just as important as supporting their customers.

The difference between real patriotism and virtue signaling

While other major corporations waste shareholder money on diversity initiatives and climate change propaganda, ABC Supply chose to invest in America’s wounded warriors.

They didn’t hold press conferences about their commitment to social justice.

They didn’t lecture Americans about their carbon footprint.

Instead, they quietly went about the business of helping veterans who gave everything for our freedom get back on their feet.

The $4.7 million they raised will build multiple specially adapted homes for veterans who need them most.

These aren’t just houses – they’re symbols of hope and independence for heroes who sacrificed their bodies defending our nation.

ABC Supply proved that American businesses can still do the right thing when they choose to put America First instead of chasing the latest corporate fad.

This is what real corporate responsibility looks like – not woke virtue signaling, but genuine support for the men and women who keep us free.
