Nancy Pelosi spent years gaslighting America about Joe Biden's cognitive decline.
The facts finally caught up with her lies.
And Nancy Pelosi just got caught red-handed in the most shameless hypocrisy of her career.
Pelosi attacks Trump while covering up Biden's mental decline
Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi went on ABC News and accused President Donald Trump of showing "mental incapacity" during his recent address to the nation.
"I didn't even think about his speech, but I did see some of it in the news afterward, and I think it was a demonstration of his mental incapacity," Pelosi told ABC's Jonathan Karl on "This Week."¹
She called Trump's speech "ridiculous" and complained about what he said regarding filmmaker Rob Reiner.
"Something's wrong there, and something's wrong with the people around him that they don't stop him from his ridiculousness," Pelosi added.²
White House spokesperson Davis Ingle torched Pelosi for her attacks.
"Nasty Nancy Pelosi is unhinged and lashing out because she realizes that she will only be remembered for ripping off the American people and enriching her family through corrupt stock trading," Ingle told Fox News Digital. "Don't let the door hit you on the way out, Nancy."³
But Pelosi's latest attack on Trump exposes the most brazen hypocrisy imaginable.
The receipts show Pelosi lied about Biden for years
For years, Pelosi defended Joe Biden's mental fitness while evidence of his decline became impossible to ignore.
In February 2024, just months before Biden's catastrophic debate performance, Pelosi told CNN that Biden should be added to Mount Rushmore.⁴
She called Biden "very sharp" and "always on the ball."
"I've worked with the president for a long time, especially closely as Speaker when he was president, and now since then, and he knows… I mean, he's always on the ball," Pelosi told Anderson Cooper. "He knows these issues; he knows the legislation."⁵
Then came the June 2024 debate disaster that exposed Biden's cognitive problems to the entire country.
Pelosi suddenly changed her tune and questioned whether Biden's debate performance was "an episode" or a "condition."⁶
She orchestrated Biden's removal from the 2024 ticket through what can only be described as a political coup.
But a new book by Chris Whipple reveals Pelosi knew the truth much earlier.
According to the book, Pelosi privately told friends in May 2024 that she was "startled by how much the president had aged" and that Biden "was not the same Joe Biden."⁷
That was months before she publicly defended him on television.
Even worse, when the Wall Street Journal published a story in June 2024 about Biden's mental decline, Pelosi attacked the article as a "hit piece."⁸
She knew Biden was declining behind the scenes while she bashed journalists for reporting the truth.
Democrats weaponized mental fitness as a political tool
Pelosi's hypocrisy goes back even further.
In November 2024, before Trump won the election, Pelosi claimed Trump's "brain" was "deteriorating at the rate that it is" and suggested voters might actually be electing JD Vance.⁹
She proposed creating a commission in 2020 to review Trump's mental fitness under the 25th Amendment.¹⁰
Pelosi even shared that "doctors and other mental health professionals" approached her at a 2019 memorial service warning about Trump's mental health.¹¹
This is the same woman who spent years covering up Biden's obvious cognitive problems while he served as President.
Biden's own doctor and White House staff enabled this cover-up by insisting Biden "passes a cognitive test every day" instead of conducting an actual exam.¹²
The American people watched as Biden fumbled speeches, lost his train of thought, and appeared confused on the world stage.
Democrats and their media allies called anyone who questioned Biden's fitness a conspiracy theorist.
Now that Biden is gone and Trump is back in the White House, Pelosi returns to her favorite playbook of attacking Trump's mental state.
The facts speak for themselves – Pelosi knew Biden was in decline but lied to protect Democrat power.
She has zero credibility to question anyone else's mental fitness after orchestrating the greatest presidential cover-up in modern American history.
