Mitt Romney made this horrible announcement about endorsing Kamala Harris

Utah RINO Mitt Romney is the founding father of the Never-Trump movement.

But Romney’s eight-year long war against Donald Trump is coming to a head.

And Mitt Romney made this horrible announcement about endorsing Kamala Harris.

Mitt Romney faces questions about endorsing Kamala Harris

Mitt Romney’s speech during the 2016 Republican Primary lambasting Donald Trump as a fraud and a conman was the opening salvo in the Never-Trumpers civil war against Trump and his supporters.

Romney lost that fight but didn’t concede the war.

In 2018, Romney ran for Senate specifically to act as an agent saboteur inside Congress against Trump and his agenda.

Then Mitt Romney voted to impeach Donald Trump in both of Nancy Pelosi’s impeachment hoaxes.

After establishment RINOs like Liz and Dick Cheney endorsed Kamala Harris, the media began to turn its attention to Mitt Romney to see if he would throw his support behind Kamala Harris.

And Romney recently addressed that question with reporters.

Mitt Romney’s endorsement decision

Romney began his comments by hurling the usual, tired old insults Donald Trump’s way,

“I mean, he just makes it up. He is able to spew enough disinformation that the Chinese must be smiling,” Romney began.

“When it comes to taking a holiday from the truth, he’s taken the longest vacation,” Romney added.

Romney told reporters that his views on Trump “shouldn’t be terribly hard” to figure out “given the fact I’ve voted twice to convict [Trump] in the impeachment trials, which would have prevented him from running again.”

“I think where I stand on Donald Trump is pretty clear,” Romney continued.

But then Romney proved it was him – and not Donald Trump – was the one detached from reality when Romny claimed he wouldn’t publicly endorse Kamala Harris because he wanted a voice in trying to shape a post-Trump Republican Party.

“I want to continue to have a voice in the Republican Party following this election because I think there’s a good shot the Republican Party is going to be rebuilt and reoriented either after this election or after Trump is reelected and is the president, and believe I’ll have more influence in the party by that virtue,” Romney declared.

There is zero space in the post-Trump GOP for a RINO who carried the Left’s water on impeachment.

Mitt Romney has about as much of a chance of playing a role in shaping the future direction of the Republican Party as Kamala Harris.

The last person in Washington, D.C. that rank-and-file conservatives want to hear from is a RINO like Romney who supported Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’ Green New Deal, the blank check for the war in Ukraine, and the biggest gun grab in 30 years.

Yet despite all this, Romney then predicted Donald Trump would win the election because Kamala Harris and Joe Biden let extremists who support men playing women’s sports and defunding the police take over the party.

“Instead of the party saying no, they let people talk about defunding police and biological males going into women’s sports, and that drove a lot of people just nuts,” Romney concluded.
