Michelle Obama says only racists and sexists oppose Kamala Harris
In a campaign event in Michigan, Michelle Obama embraced her variation of Hillary Clinton’s widely mocked, “Why aren’t I 50 points ahead?” line from the 2016 election.
This time, Michelle Obama claimed that Kamala Harris was so super smart, talented, and qualified that it defied belief that – at best – she was a coin flip to win the election.
“Kamala Harris is an extraordinary human being, she is an extraordinary candidate, and she will be an extraordinary president of the United States of America. Mark my words. So, Michigan, with all that being said, I gotta ask myself, well why on earth is this race even close?” Obama began.
Michelle Obama then began scolding Americans that the only reason anyone would oppose Kamala Harris was because they didn’t want a black woman in the White House.
“I lay awake at night wondering, what in the world is going on? And, it’s clear to me, the question for me isn’t whether Kamala is ready for this moment . . . because by every measure she has demonstrated that she’s ready. The real question is, as a country, are we ready for this moment?” the former First Lady asked.
“Are we willing to do what it takes to get her across the finish line or are we going to let ourselves get distracted and fall for the scam?” Obama ranted.
Panic sets in on the Left
Michelle Obama was yet another prominent Democrat who didn’t exude confidence in the waning days of the campaign.
Instead, Obama openly mused about democracy in America ending and saying out loud she wasn’t sure if her fellow citizens wanted the country to endure.
“Are we going to lose sight of the dire consequences if we come up short? And, right now folks, I have to be honest, I’m not completely sure of the answers to those questions. Y’all give me great comfort in this arena, but, this is a big country, and that’s why all of my hope about Kamala is also accompanied by some genuine fear,” Obama concluded.
The entire American Left suffered a psychotic episode after Donald Trump won in 2016.
