Donald Trump wants to dismantle the Deep State in his second term.
He’s looking for a few good men to help him with this fight.
And Mark Levin asked one question that was the worst nightmare for the Deep State.
Mark Levin slams the smear campaign against Trump’s FBI nominee
President-elect Donald Trump sent the message that his second term would be different when he nominated Defense Department official Kash Patel to be director of the FBI.
Patel is someone who he can trust and has the institutional knowledge to root out the corruption in the FBI.
He rose to national prominence in 2017 and 2018 for his work as an aide on the House Intelligence Committee under former chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA).
Patel helped expose the Russian collusion hoax through his work on the committee and the Nunes memo released in 2018.
The Nunes memo revealed that the FBI used the thoroughly discredited Steele Dossier to illegally spy on the Trump campaign in 2016 at the start of the Russian collusion hoax.
Fox News host Mark Levin called out the relentless attacks against Patel on his show Life, Liberty & Levin during a segment with Devin Nunes.
“And isn’t that really, Mr. Chairman, why they’re out to destroy Kash Patel?” Levin asked. “They don’t really know this man, what a patriot this man is, the history of this man. But they know the fact is, they like the way the FBI is, particularly the Democrats, the FBI has done their bidding. You have a lot of entrenched Republicans. They’re comfortable with the FBI. After all, the FBI doesn’t bother them and when they need something, they’ll get information from the FBI. Isn’t that really what’s going on?”
“Kash Patel is a reformer who will do things at the FBI that the entrenched ruling class does not want him to do,” Levin added.
Devin Nunes endorses Kash Patel’s ability to reform
Nunes said that the system doesn’t want Patel to be the FBI director because he knows where the bodies are buried.
“Yes, and I think most importantly with that, he knows how they do it,” Nunes replied. “He knows how the DOJ and how the FBI corrupted the whole damn place. That’s the advantage he has, and that’s why they don’t want him in there, Mark.”
The former House Intelligence Committee chairman pointed out that Patel brings a unique background to the FBI.
“I think this brings an important component that I don’t think we’ve in an FBI director before. Kash served at the beginning of his career on the other side,” Nunes explained. “He served as a public defender, defending criminals against the FBI, against, you know, the law enforcement agencies. So he transferred from a public defender, then into the DOJ as a prosecutor.”
He added that understanding both sides of the justice system would help Patel restore the blind justice at the FBI.
“And if you don’t have a solid, reliable justice system, your whole damn country falls apart,” Nunes said. “And look, and if it wasn’t for President Trump winning, the country just about fell apart. So what started with the Russia hoax back in the day, campaign gimmick to try to falsely accuse Trump of dealing with Russia and Republicans dealing with Russia ended up, Mark.”
Kash Patel has the knowledge and the ability to go into the FBI and clean house.
