Kash Patel Just Confirmed the Spying Was Real and Trump Stayed Up All Night to Make Sure You Knew It

May 14, 2026

James Comey got indicted for the second time two weeks ago.

Now the man Comey spied on just spent a sleepless Monday night on Truth Social making sure 80 million Americans connected the dots.

Trump posted more than 50 times – and every target on his list had a reason to be there.

Fifty Posts. One Message.

This was not random.

Trump fired off the barrage the night before departing for China to meet Xi Jinping – with Iran peace talks stalling and his Justice Department in the middle of the most consequential political accountability push in American history.

He reposted accusations that Obama ordered the intelligence community to spy on his 2016 campaign.

He reposted claims that Obama's DOJ shielded Hillary Clinton from prosecution over her email scandal.

He reposted allegations that Obama personally profited from the Affordable Care Act.

One post called the 44th president "the most DEMONIC FORCE in American politics in decades."

Comey got named. Jack Smith got named. Arizona Senator Mark Kelly got named.

Trump also reposted Tulsi Gabbard – his own Director of National Intelligence – saying Biden was so mentally deteriorated that Kamala Harris had been the real "power behind the throne" for four years.

The nation's top intelligence official confirmed on the record that the man with the nuclear codes wasn't running the country.

That is not a conspiracy theory.

That is Tulsi Gabbard.

Why the Timing Is Everything

Six days ago, FBI Director Kash Patel went on Fox News and said out loud what the DOJ has been building toward for months.

The FISA warrants used to surveil the Trump campaign – some of them signed by Comey himself – were obtained through lies told to a federal court.

"The FISA court themselves came back and said these warrants were illegal," Patel told Sean Hannity. "The FBI did not provide evidence of exculpatory evidence and innocence – the FBI essentially lied in those applications and all the information was unverified."

Patel added: "I don't think that's ever happened before. Hollywood couldn't come up with this."

He's right.

The IG report found 17 errors and omissions in those FISA applications.

A DOJ attorney named Kevin Clinesmith pleaded guilty to altering evidence – changing an email to hide that Carter Page was a CIA asset, not a Russian spy.

The Durham Report confirmed the FBI opened the investigation without adequate factual basis and "failed to uphold its mission of strict fidelity to the law."

And two weeks before Trump's Truth Social spree, James Comey – who signed three of the four FISA warrant applications on Carter Page – was hit with his second federal indictment.

Trump wasn't rambling into the void at midnight.

He was narrating an accountability story that is actively unfolding in real time.

What Democrats Want You to Ignore

For years, the media told you the Russia investigation was legitimate.

Adam Schiff said on television he had evidence of collusion. He never produced it.

Obama's own team publicly mocked Trump when he first said he'd been spied on.

The corporate press called it a conspiracy theory.

Now the FBI director – the man running the same bureau that ran the operation – is on Fox News confirming those warrants were illegal.

The FISA court itself threw them out.

The DOJ attorney who falsified the evidence pleaded guilty.

And the director who signed the warrants has been indicted. Twice.

Patel put it plainly in his May 6 interview: a political party went overseas, hired a foreign intelligence asset to manufacture fake information, paid for it with campaign funds, and walked that fabricated material into a secret federal court to spy on the opposing presidential candidate.

Democrats want you to focus on the 50 posts and mock the man who stayed up late.

They do not want you focused on what those posts were actually saying – or on the fact that everything Trump said was done to him is now being confirmed, piece by piece, by the man running the FBI.
