Kamala Harris’ campaign is taking on water fast in the final sprint to Election Day.
Even her allies can’t deny that there are problems.
And Kamala Harris was speechless when CNN gave her this hard truth about her campaign.
CNN highlights Kamala Harris’ growing flip-flops
No one can be quite sure what Vice President Kamala Harris really believes.
She was a hard-left radical in the Senate where she ranked as the most left-wing member based on her voting record by the non-partisan GovTrack in 2019.
Kamala was one of the original supporters of Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s (D-NY) Green New Deal in the Senate.
She’s reinvented herself to be a supporter of fossil fuels during this campaign now that she has to compete in swing states instead of California.
It’s so bad that even CNN host Erin Burnett ripped Kamala for flip-flopping on “a lot of issues” about the energy industry during this campaign.
She highlighted the bragging that the Vice President has done about fossil fuel production after she wanted to outlaw it.
“We have had the largest increase in domestic oil production in history because of an approach that recognizes that we cannot over-rely on foreign oil,” Kamala claimed.
Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, who signed a state Green New Deal into law, is touting natural gas production – a key industry in the critical swing state of Pennsylvania.
“America’s producing more natural gas and more oil than at any time in our history,” Walz said.
Kamala slammed by CNN for changing her entire belief structure
Burnett noted that Walz and Kamala were pushing an entirely different agenda on energy before they were running this year.
“Tonight, Governor Tim Walz cheering on the US oil industry, which echoes the same message that we’ve been hearing from Kamala Harris recently,” said Burnett. “But, as our K-File reports tonight, this is a very sharp turn from where Harris once stood on this issue not so very long ago.”
CNN reporter Andrew Kaczynski noted that Kamala wanted to criminally prosecute oil companies for polluting when she ran for President in the 2020 Election.
“Yeah, that’s right Erin, and this really shows sort of just how far Left that Kamala Harris got in that 2019 Democratic primary when she was running with Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren,” Kaczynski said.
“She was making this extremely bold promise that she was going to take the US oil industry, possibly criminally prosecute them for their role in climate change,” Kaczynski continued. “She compared it to Big Tobacco, saying they knew the effects of climate change but they hid it from the public.”
Burnett pointed out that was a sea change from what she’s telling voters these days.
“She’s flip-flopped on a lot of issues related to energy,” Kaczynski replied. “Take a look at just a few of them. She said she was going to ban plastic straws; she said she was going to ban fracking, we have heard a lot about that, and she said she would eliminate the filibuster to pass the Green New Deal.”
Kamala Harris has never explained why her beliefs underwent such a dramatic change after she started running for President.
She’s willing to do and say anything if she thinks it’s going to help her get elected.
