Kamala Harris got some bad news from these two key Democrats

Kamala Harris is in store for another bad news cycle.

It was once again an example of why Kamala Harris’ handlers keep her hidden away as possible.

And Kamala Harris got some bad news from these two key Democrats.

Kamala Harris pledges to terminate the filibuster

In an interview with Wisconsin Public Radio, Kamala Harris pledged to trigger the nuclear option if elected and eliminate the filibuster.

Kamala Harris explained she supported wiping out the 60-vote threshold to end debate on legislation so Democrats could ram a bill codifying abortion-on-demand through Congress.

“I think we should eliminate the filibuster for Roe, and get us to the point where 51 votes would be what we need to actually put back in law the protections for reproductive freedom and for the ability of every person and every woman to make decisions about their own body and not have their government tell them what to do,” Harris declared.

The idea that there is an exception to the filibuster for abortion is a fiction that Democrats whipped up so they can try and fool voters into thinking they aren’t as radical as Republicans say.

But if Democrats gut the filibuster, they won’t stop at an abortion law.

Democrats will pack the Supreme Court with six new Justices, creating a permanent majority on the high court.

Democrats will also create a permanent Senate majority by making Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C., the 51st and 52nd states, thereby granting themselves four permanent Democrat seats.

And Democrats want to cement a one-party state where they rule by imposing universal vote-by-mail in 50 states and shredding voter ID requirements.

Democrats speak out

Democrats couldn’t nuke the filibuster during these last four years because Senators Joe Manchin (I-WV) and Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ) refused to sign on.

But both are retiring from Congress after Democrats drove them out of the party over their opposition to erasing the filibuster.

Manchin told CNN that Kamala Harris’ support for wiping out the filibuster meant he couldn’t endorse her for President, saying eliminating the filibuster threatened democracy.

“Shame on her,” Manchin stated. “She knows the filibuster is the Holy Grail of democracy. It’s the only thing that keeps us talking and working together. If she gets rid of that, then this would be the House on steroids.”

“That ain’t going to happen,” Manchin added, saying that Kamala Harris’ scheme to nuke the filibuster could “destroy our country.”

Manchin said he was putting country over party in rejecting Kamala Harris’ increasingly radical campaign.

“And my country is more important to me than any one person or any one person’s ideology . . . I think it’s the most horrible thing,” Manchin added.

Sinema agreed, saying Kamala Harris’ promise to gut the filibuster could yield results Democrats didn’t like.

“To state the supremely obvious, eliminating the filibuster to codify Roe v Wade also enables a future Congress to ban all abortion nationwide. What an absolutely terrible, shortsighted idea,” Sinema added.

Manchin and Sinema lambasting Kamala Harris and refusing to endorse her campaign could also serve as a boon to Donald Trump.

Independents and moderate Republicans who may not like Trump personally could see Manchin and Sinema speaking out as a signal to these voters that Kamala Harris is far more extreme than they are willing to tolerate.
