Bernie Sanders spent a year calling Graham Platner a great working-class candidate.
Now a Maine woman says Platner r**ed her – and Fetterman just unloaded on Sanders in front of the entire country.
Fetterman went on The Ingraham Angle Monday night and said something that will follow Bernie Sanders for the rest of his political career.
Fetterman Didn't Mince Words
"I would really call Bernie Sanders to apologize for pushing this kind of predator more than anyone," Fetterman told Laura Ingraham. "Maybe he should consider sitting a few out and stop pushing these kinds of Communists and people like Platner."
That is a sitting Democrat senator, on Fox News, calling out the most famous socialist in America by name for championing a r**e-accused candidate.
Fetterman didn't stop with Sanders.
He went after the Pod Save America crowd – Jon Favreau and the rest of the former Obama staffers who built a podcast empire telling liberals what to think and spent months pushing Platner as the future of the party.
"Those Pod Save America people that pushed that dirt bag – they dismiss those things in The New York Times article – maybe they ought to apologize to the women that clearly they didn't believe or they dismissed."
These are the same people who spent years lecturing America about believing women.
When the Times published accounts from three women describing Platner's behavior as "unsettling" and in one case physically threatening, the Pod Save America crowd waved it off and gave him airtime to explain it away.
Now a Maine woman says he r**ed her.
What Sanders Actually Knew
Sanders didn't stumble into this. He ran toward it with his eyes open.
The record was already damning before the r**e allegation landed.
Reddit posts where Platner called himself a communist and said all police officers were bastards.
A chest tattoo with Nazi symbolism he claimed not to recognize.
Multiple women saying he sent them sexually explicit messages at the start of his marriage. Sanders saw every one of those stories.
He defended the tattoo.
He told reporters that working families had more important things to worry about than Platner's marriage.

Then on Monday, Jenny Racicot – a 41-year-old Maine woman who had dated Platner – told Politico he showed up at her home drunk and uninvited in 2021 and forced her to have sex while she repeatedly told him to stop.
Racicot told Politico that Platner claimed no memory of it the next morning.
She provided her therapist's emails as corroboration.
Platner denied everything.
His campaign called the allegations "coached and coordinated by out-of-state establishment operatives."
Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand called on him to drop out immediately.
Ro Khanna and Ruben Gallego both rescinded their endorsements.
The Maine Democrat Party called on him to step aside.
The Democrats Have Done This Before
This is not a new problem.
It's a pattern.
In 2018, Keith Ellison won the Democrat primary for Minnesota Attorney General three days after his ex-girlfriend accused him of physical and emotional abuse.
Most national Democrats stayed quiet.
The same party that spent months demanding Brett Kavanaugh be disqualified over decades-old allegations barely made a sound about Ellison.
He won.
He served.
Democrats spent years telling America they were the party that believed women.
They built entire political identities around the phrase.
Then when the accused man wore their jersey – when walking away from him cost them a Senate seat – they found reasons to stay.

Sanders backed Platner through every scandal because Platner was running against Susan Collins.
The math was simple: Maine is winnable, Collins is vulnerable, and a combat veteran turned oyster farmer with a viral launch video was the ticket.
The women were an inconvenience to the math.
What Fetterman Understood That Sanders Didn't
Fetterman has taken a beating from the left for spending so much time on Fox News.
Monday night showed exactly why he does it.
He said what almost no Democrat with a national profile was willing to say.
He named Sanders directly.
He named the Pod Save America hosts by name.
He called Platner a predator on live television.
"Maybe stop getting in bed with absolute dirt bags," Fetterman said.
That's not a complicated message.
It's the minimum you'd expect from anyone who claims to stand with women.
As of Monday night, Platner's name was still on Bernie Sanders' endorsement page.
That's your answer on where Bernie Sanders stands.
