Chinese crime factories stole $40 billion from Americans last year alone.
Now Jeanine Pirro is standing at a podium calling it what Biden never would.
And Jeanine Pirro just dropped the hammer on the people stealing your retirement.
What Pirro Said That Nobody Else Will Say
She didn't call it "fraud."
She didn't call it "cybercrime challenges."
Pirro called it a "generational wealth transfer from Main Street America to Chinese organized crime" – and she said it out loud, in a press conference, as the sitting U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia.
The DOJ's Scam Center Strike Force just seized $12 million in cryptocurrency and locked down Xinbi Guarantee's Telegram channels.
The Treasury Department joined the operation.
Forty-seven additional wallets are now frozen.
Xinbi Guarantee isn't some darkweb curiosity.
It's an $8.4 billion marketplace – incorporated in Colorado – that connects criminals selling stolen personal data, fake IDs, and money laundering services to the scam factories running "pig butchering" operations across Southeast Asia.
Pig butchering.
That's what they call it internally.
They fatten victims up over weeks or months – a fake friendship, a fake romance, a fake investment tip – and then they drain everything.
Life savings. Retirement accounts. College funds.
Gone.
The Factories Behind the Screen Name
Pirro put a number on the scope of this that should make your stomach turn.
Seven out of ten adults globally have encountered one of these scams.
And the workers running them aren't freelancers.
They're slaves.
Trafficked human beings beaten into shifts at industrial compounds with quotas and balance sheets.
Pirro said the bosses "beat the people working there."
This isn't a basement operation.
It's a corporation built on forced labor whose product is stealing from your parents.
The DOJ previously charged two Chinese nationals – Huang Xing Shan and Jiang Wen Jie – for running the Shunda compound in Burma, where trafficked workers were used to drain American savings accounts.
When law enforcement shut Shunda down in late 2025, the bosses didn't surrender.
They moved the operation to Cambodia and tried to start over.
Thai authorities eventually caught them attempting to slip back into Burma in 2026.
They Moved to Cambodia Before the First Compound Was Even Cold
Biden's DOJ knew this was happening.
Americans reported nearly $12.5 billion stolen by cyber fraud in 2024 alone.
The FBI estimated pig butchering schemes cost Americans nearly $4 billion in 2023 by themselves.
Biden's response?
Awareness campaigns. Reports. Gentle diplomacy toward the countries hosting these compounds.
Trump signed an executive order on March 6, 2026 and gave DOJ the resources and mandate to actually go get these people.
Six months later, Pirro is at a podium announcing seized wallets and charged bosses.
She also dropped this detail: the scammers were ordering their trafficked workers to impersonate U.S. banks and the New York City Police Department to steal Americans' life savings.

Chinese crime compounds, posing as your bank, calling your grandmother.
Here's the number that puts all of this in perspective: the Strike Force has clawed back $580 million since it launched – against a criminal industry pulling in $40 billion a year.
That's less than two cents recovered for every dollar stolen.
Trump didn't cause that gap.
He inherited it.
But he's the first president to treat closing it as an actual priority rather than a talking point.
Now the compounds are getting raided, the bosses are getting charged, and for the first time, Chinese crime lords running operations out of Burma and Cambodia are learning that an American U.S. Attorney knows their names.
