Charlie Kirk was shot and killed by a political assassin on September 10, 2025.
Now the lawyer defending the Venezuelan illegal alien who fled ICE agents in Austin just posted a joke about it.
And what the attorney defending a Venezuelan illegal alien posted about Charlie Kirk will make your blood boil with rage.
The Post She Tried to Bury
Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch runs Lincoln-Goldfinch Law in Austin – a firm built around immigrant advocacy and deportation defense.
She took on Wilber Garces Perez as a client after he was shot by ICE on September 20.
DHS says Perez – a 28-year-old Venezuelan national – fled during a targeted vehicle stop.
Lincoln-Goldfinch has been all over the media pushing back on that version of events.

But retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Larry Brock Jr. surfaced a screenshot of what she wrote online.
"How do you resist getting shot in the neck? Does Charlie Kirk have any advice on that?" she wrote.
Kirk was killed by a bullet to the neck.
The assassin who shot him left behind a bullet casing engraved with the phrase "Hey fascist, catch."
Lincoln-Goldfinch – the woman now arguing in public that her client was mistreated by federal law enforcement – thought that was material for a joke.
The Non-Apology That Made It Worse
When Fox News Digital reached her for comment, Lincoln-Goldfinch issued a statement that managed to be worse than the post itself.
"A post referencing the death of Charlie Kirk was removed from our account. We recognized the post could be misconstrued and that's why it came down. We have also addressed this issue internally," it read.
Misconstrued.
A post asking whether a murdered conservative commentator – shot in the neck by a politically motivated assassin – had any tips on neck-shot survival could be misconstrued.
In a LinkedIn post written after Kirk's death last year, Lincoln-Goldfinch had written that his killing was "a painful reminder that none of us is truly safe from gun violence."
She called for "compassion and seriousness."

Then she wrote the post about neck shots.
Lincoln-Goldfinch Built Her Career Coaching Illegals to Dodge ICE
The reaction from conservatives online was immediate.
Charlie Kirk Show Executive Producer Andrew Kolvet posted that Lincoln-Goldfinch was exactly the kind of lawyer you'd expect defending a Venezuelan illegal shot fleeing DHS after a high-speed chase.
Conservative influencer Gunther Eagleman called the post "sickening and pathetic," adding that this "is not lawyering – that is cheering political violence."
Rep. Nancy Mace called her a "nasty woman."
LibsofTikTok published the screenshot with two words: "POS scum."
Here is the thing everyone needs to understand about Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch.
She is not some random activist who stumbled into this case.
She built her entire career around immigrant advocacy – fighting deportations, coaching illegal immigrants on how to avoid ICE, appearing on Univision to advise the undocumented community on "how to stay safe" during enforcement operations.
She is a board member for Casa Marianella.
She organized a three-day pilgrimage to the Texas Governor's Mansion demanding Greg Abbott drop his opposition to open immigration policy.
She is not a dispassionate lawyer caught in a difficult case.
She chose this fight – and now we see exactly what she thinks about the people on the other side of it.
The Broader Pattern They Don't Want You to See
According to former DHS Acting Secretary Chad Wolf's October 2025 Senate Judiciary Committee testimony, assaults and violent attacks against ICE officers surged more than 1,150% in 2025 compared to the prior year.

In September 2025, a gunman opened fire on an ICE facility – killing one detainee and injuring others.
That gunman had a handwritten note hoping to give ICE agents "real terror."
Lincoln-Goldfinch is not operating in a vacuum.
She is operating in an environment where political violence against conservatives and immigration enforcement officers has become something the left openly celebrates – and when called out, describes as a "miscommunication."
ICE was doing its job when her client ran from it.
The lawyer defending that man just made jokes about the murder weapon used to kill a conservative icon – and when the backlash hit, deleted the post and called it a misunderstanding.
That is exactly who is on the other side of this fight.
