Bill Clinton just turned 80 carrying a portable defibrillator everywhere he goes.
Now RadarOnline has learned that Hillary is already deep into planning his funeral.
And what insiders are saying about who gets to be the star of that service will not surprise you.
A $120 Million Will and a Rooftop Garden
Hillary, 78, is reportedly arranging an elaborate memorial service at Washington National Cathedral in Washington, D.C.

Presidential historian Leon Wagener told RadarOnline that Bill may ultimately be buried at the William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Museum in Little Rock – specifically the rooftop garden.
Why the rooftop garden?
Because that's where Bill hides from Hillary.
"He lives there most of the time because, for one thing, he stays away from Hillary," Wagener said. "That's his hideout."
So the man's idea of peace is a presidential library rooftop in Arkansas.

And his wife is planning to bury him there.
There's also the matter of the will.
Insiders say Bill has been making changes to a document worth $120 million – and speculation has already landed on whether library interns could be among the beneficiaries.
If you know anything about Bill Clinton's history with young women, you are not shocked by that sentence.
The Defibrillator Tells the Real Story
Bill Clinton's health history is long and the trajectory is not encouraging.
In 2004, surgeons found blockages exceeding 90% in some arteries during quadruple bypass surgery.
In 2010, two coronary stents.
In 2021, sepsis from a urinary tract infection that spread to his bloodstream.
In 2024, hospitalized with a fever.
In 2025, spotted leaving the Hamptons with an aide carrying what appeared to be a Propaq MD Air Medical Bag – a transport monitor and defibrillator built for patients at serious cardiac risk.
That same year, Clinton was seen losing his footing on a New York City sidewalk outside the 92NY, his left leg buckling beneath him.
He was 79 at the time.

The House Oversight Committee subpoenaed Clinton in August 2025 to testify about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
He showed up in February 2026, testified under oath that he "saw nothing" and "did nothing wrong," and accused Republicans of using him as a "prop."
Dr. Stuart Fischer, a cardiologist, warned that Clinton could be "at risk for a cardiac rhythm disturbance" – particularly given the psychological stress of the Epstein scrutiny.
"If you miss ventricular fibrillation, the window of opportunity where you must hopefully treat it is very small," Fischer said. "It can happen at any second."
Hillary Has Been Rehearsing This Moment for 30 Years
Washington National Cathedral spokesperson Elizabeth Hargrove confirmed that "all current living presidents have plans in the works for a state funeral."
But Bill is hiding from her on a library rooftop in Arkansas and reportedly rewriting his will to benefit interns.
Here's what actually happened: Hillary Clinton endured 50 years of humiliation – Monica Lewinsky, Gennifer Flowers, the Epstein photos, a husband who needed a rooftop garden in Little Rock to escape her – because she needed Bill's name to matter in politics.
Bill needed Hillary's credibility every time a scandal threatened to end him.

That exchange is nearly settled.
And now Hillary gets to design the closing ceremony.
The one where she stands at Washington National Cathedral in front of every camera in America, grieving widow in the front pew, history finally recording her as the wronged woman who stood by her man.
Bill spent his whole life charming rooms Hillary could never crack.
The funeral is the one room where he doesn't get a vote.
