Fox News Just Caught AOC Infiltrating the MAHA Movement

Sep 10, 2026

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wore a "Tax the Rich" gown to the Met Gala while calling herself a woman of the people.

Now she's sitting down with the movement that helped Trump win – and pretending it was her idea all along.

What Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is doing to MAHA voters should make every conservative's blood boil.

The Con She's Running

AOC has been meeting quietly with Make America Healthy Again leaders for months.

Her cover story: clean food is a bipartisan issue.

She said it with a straight face in a July interview.

The real story is that she's running for president in 2028 – and she knows the Squad's base alone won't get her there.

MAHA is RFK Jr.'s movement.

RFK Jr. crossed the aisle and backed Donald Trump.

His voters – your voters – chose America First over Socialist Democrat nonsense.

And now Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wants to borrow their credibility.

On Fox & Friends, Rachel Campos-Duffy flagged what she called an unexpected courtship between AOC and the MAHA movement.

That's the polite way to describe it.

The honest way: AOC is trying to con the very people she's spent her career calling racists and extremists.

She's Polling and She Knows It

Nate Silver named AOC his top pick for the 2028 Democrat nomination.

A recent survey put her at 22% among likely Democrat primary voters – one point ahead of Pete Buttigieg, 17 points ahead of Kamala Harris.

Back in New York, a Siena College poll found Chuck Schumer's favorability collapsed to 39%.

AOC's soared to 47%.

She's already brought in former Bernie Sanders senior advisers.

She raised $15 million from 266,000 individual donors.

She is running.

She just won't say it until she's finished building her disguise.

What "Bipartisan" Really Means to a Socialist Democrat

AOC supports Medicare for All – a government takeover of your healthcare.

She's pushed the Green New Deal – the plan to destroy American energy and kill millions of jobs.

She voted against funding ICE and fought Trump's border wall at every turn.

None of that has changed.

What has changed is the packaging.

She watched Joe Biden lose the working class.

She watched Kamala Harris lose Hispanic voters Democrats assumed were theirs forever.

She watched Bernie Sanders draw 34,000 people in Denver and still lose twice.

So now she's showing up in upstate New York holding town halls and sipping coffee with RFK voters – people she'd otherwise dismiss as conspiracy theorists.

New York City's socialist mayor Zohran Mamdani even signed a petition endorsing her presidential ambitions, declaring her the left's strongest 2028 contender.

That tells you everything about who she actually is and who she's actually running for.

Don't Fall for It

The MAHA movement won because it was built on something real – parents who watched their kids get sicker, farmers who knew what was in the food supply, Americans who trusted RFK Jr. enough to follow him across party lines.

AOC isn't joining that movement.

She's strip-mining it for votes.

She wants the optics of standing next to clean-food activists while keeping every radical leftist policy position that MAHA voters rejected when they backed Trump.

The Fox News mention isn't a sign she's changed.

It's a sign she's gotten more disciplined about hiding it.

Trump won in 2024 because voters saw through the Democrat Party's con.

The play in 2028 will be more sophisticated – and it's already started.

MAHA leaders who are taking her meetings should be asking one question: what has Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez actually voted for that you believe in?

The answer to that question is the whole story.
