Fox News betrayed Donald Trump with this attack on Tulsi Gabbard

Donald Trump is learning that the Washington, D.C. Swamp isn’t just going to roll over because he won a landslide victory.

Trump is in for the fight of his life as even nominal allies are turning on him.

And Fox News betrayed Donald Trump with this attack on Tulsi Gabbard.

Critics allege that Fox News Pentagon correspondent Jennifer Griffin is a Deep State stenographer.

When The Atlantic ran the hoax story that Trump called dead veterans “suckers and losers,” Griffin claimed she confirmed The Atlantic’s report, which many believed was a fancy way of saying The Atlantic’s sources told her the same story.

Griffin also looked foolish cheering on CNN’s Clarissa Ward for airing footage of her finding a man in Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad’s prisons and informing him that the Assad government fell.

It later turned out that the man Ward “freed” was a member of Assad’s torture teams.

Now Griffin – who will reliably report the Deep State’s story on why endless war in Ukraine is necessary or why regime change wars in the Middle East are in America’s interest – is attacking Tulsi Gabbard.

Gabbard is President-elect Trump’s nominee to serve as the Director of National Intelligence.

Griffin attacked Gabbard’s faith and smeared her as a member of a cult.

“Tulsi Gabbard’s long involvement with the Science of Identity Foundation raises questions about the judgment and autonomy needed to advise the president on national security – Hawaii reporter looks at Gabbard’s ties to group that many classify as a cult,” Griffin wrote on X.

Griffin attacked Gabbard because Gabbard is opposed to blank checks for the war in Ukraine and wants to end warrantless spying on American citizens.

Griffin’s attack on Gabbard’s faith recalled how the late Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) smeared Amy Coney Barrett in a confirmation hearing by targeting her Catholic faith, telling Barrett, “the dogma lives loudly within you.”

Other left-wing media outlets got into the act.

Reuters claimed eight GOP Senators – more than twice the number needed to sink her nomination – were hesitant to vote for Gabbard.

“The transition team source and the source familiar with the issue said eight Republican Senators harbored doubts about supporting the former lawmaker because she was unprepared to answer tough questions during an initial round of meetings last week on Capitol Hill,” Reuters reported.

Trump transition spokeswoman Alexa Henning called this out as fake news, as not one GOP Senator was on the record opposing Gabbard.

“There is not one GOP Senator on the record that opposes Lt. Col. Gabbard’s nomination,” Henning told Reuters. “Again, this is anonymous sources desperately trying to hold on to power, so they hide behind the media to spread these falsities that directly subvert the will of the American people.”

The story even admitted as much as Reuters reported that “sources declined to identify the eight Senators.”

In a subsequent post on social media, Henning called out Reuters for participating in a Swamp op to try and cast doubt on Gabbard’s chances of confirmation.

“This is the playbook. You should not be able to pass editors with a bunch of anonymous sources claiming something, let alone tweet something so stupid,” Henning wrote on X.

The Swamp’s tentacles extend to every legacy media outlet in America.

Reporters depend on these sources for access, leaks, and quotes.

Tulsi Gabbard and Donald Trump are finding out just how fierce the Swamp will fight to hold power.
