The showdown between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris is getting underway.
But the race isn’t going to play out like the Vice President expects.
And Donald Trump threw Kamala Harris a nasty curveball that put her in this awful spot.
Donald Trump is trying to throw Kamala Harris off her game
The candidate may be different, but the playbook remains the same for Democrats in the Presidential election.
President Joe Biden won the 2020 Election with a basement campaign and spent his time in the White House following a carefully choreographed routine with the public.
Now, Vice President Kamala Harris is coming off the sidelines to sub in for Biden.
Her 2020 Presidential campaign had high expectations, but she flamed out when Democrat voters got to know her.
She was polling in the low single digits when she dropped out before a single vote was cast.
Democrats know that Harris is a disaster as a candidate.
That’s why they’re going to double down on the Biden strategy and run the most heavily scripted campaign of all time.
And the changes are already underway for Harris.
Former President Donald Trump pointed out in an interview with Fox News host Laura Ingraham that Harris stopped laughing in public after she launched her Presidential campaign.

Kamala Harris is her own worst enemy
The goal of the Trump campaign is to get Harris off script in front of voters so she can slip up.
A Trump ally told the Daily Caller that she can’t hide behind scripts as a Presidential candidate.
“She has to perform on the stump,” the Trump ally explained. “She’s now running for President. She’s the presumptive Democratic nominee. Can’t hide her in the closet, can’t hide her in the basement.”
“She’s got to not make mistakes and not say crazy things,” the Trump ally continued. “She has to make sense, first of all, which is often a problem for her.”
Harris retreated from TV interviews after she botched an interview with NBC’s Lester Holt in 2021 when she fumbled around trying to explain why she didn’t visit the border.
Trump ended Biden’s political career during their June debate.
A debate with Harris would allow her to go off script and commit some self-inflicted mistakes.
“I mean, clearly they understand he’s going to have to debate her and is going to debate her more than once,” another Trump ally stated. “Yeah, that’s not something she excels at, that’s for sure.”
Trump put out a challenge for Harris to debate on Fox News in September.
She wants to stick to the debate schedule set up by the Biden campaign that included an ABC News debate in September.
Trump campaign official Chris LaCivita said that Harris is putting herself in danger the moment her mouth opens.
“Every time Kamala Harris opens her mouth she’s off-script,” LaCivita explained. “Her record is the most dangerously liberal record in existence and no amount of scripting can change that.”
Trump campaign spokesman Brian Hughes said Harris’ far-left record is going to haunt her.
“Biden acted like a California liberal, Kamala actually is one. The more she’s forced to explain her dangerously liberal record, the more Americans will see she’s wrong on the border, wrong for fixing out-of-control inflation, and wrong on restoring our nation to a strong position in the world,” Hughes stated.
Kamala Harris is going to be walking on eggshells every time she ventures out in public.
