Trump arrived at Walter Reed just before 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
He spent three and a half hours inside.
He met with service members and staff before the exam began – because that's what you do when you actually respect the military instead of using them as backdrop.

Then he posted about it publicly before his motorcade reached the White House gates.
"Just finished my 6 month physical at Walter Reed Military Medical Center," Trump wrote on Truth Social. "Everything checked out PERFECTLY. Thank you to the great Doctors and Staff!"
No hedging, no spin, no team of lawyers deciding what could be released.
Just a president telling the country what the doctors said.
Three Physicals in Nine Months and the Same Answer Every Time
This wasn't a one-time checkup.
Trump has now completed three physicals since taking office – April 2025, October 2025, and May 2026.
Every single one has come back with the same finding.
At the October exam, Presidential Physician Captain Sean Barbabella reported that Trump "continues to demonstrate excellent overall health" and that his cardiac age – a validated ECG measure of cardiovascular vitality – was approximately 14 years younger than his chronological age.
Fourteen years.
The lab results were described as "exceptional," with stable metabolic, hematologic, and cardiac parameters across the board.

In December, after Tim Walz – the failed Democrat vice-presidential candidate – demanded the MRI results be released, the White House released them that week.
Barbabella's report was precise: no evidence of arterial narrowing, no abnormalities in the heart or major vessels, normal chamber size, smooth vessel walls, no signs of inflammation or clotting.
Normal. Healthy. No acute or chronic concerns.
Democrats sat on that for 48 hours before pivoting to a new attack line.
Biden's Own Doctor Took the Fifth Rather Than Describe What He Saw
Biden's physician, Kevin O'Connor, invoked his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination before a House committee rather than answer questions about his patient's cognitive condition.
Not one question answered.
The Fifth. Every time.
The House Oversight Committee spent months documenting what Biden's inner circle did to hide his deterioration – a 100-page report that confirmed unelected staffers were making decisions in the name of a man who couldn't reliably complete a sentence in private.
That's not medicine.
That's a cover-up with a stethoscope hanging on the door.
One president's physician releases MRI results, cardiac imaging, metabolic panels, and detailed written assessments within days of every examination.
The other cited the Constitution rather than describe what he observed.
Every voter over 65 watched Biden shuffle through four years of press-managed appearances, scripted questions, and teleprompter-dependent answers – then watched his own party admit privately what they were publicly denying.
Trump Is Proving Them Wrong in Real Time
Democrats need Trump to be declining – and three clean bills of health keep making that argument harder to run.
They told you he was cognitively unfit, physically deteriorating, a danger to the country.
The Walter Reed doctors keep producing paperwork that says the opposite.
A cardiac age 14 years below his chronological age isn't a talking point – it's a clinical measurement performed by military physicians with no political stake in the outcome.

The Democrats who told you Trump was falling apart owe you an explanation.
