Donald Trump reacts to Taylor Swift endorsing Kamala Harris
Taylor Swift went public with her endorsement of Kamala Harris following the debate with Donald Trump.
Swift announced she was voting for Kamala Harris because of Kamala’s support for unrestricted abortion-on-demand and transgenderism.
Donald Trump responded to the endorsement in typical Trumpian fashion.
“HATE TAYLOR SWIFT!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
But Trump’s penchant for hyperbole and trolling can sometimes cause more trouble for him than its worth.
In the wake of Trump’s post, a source close to Brittany Mahomes spoke to the Daily Mail and said Brittany didn’t like Trump going after Swift so publicly because the two are extremely close friends.
“She is questioning her support for Donald Trump after he lashed out at Taylor, saying he hates her,” the source told the Daily Mail.
“This deeply bothered Brittany because Taylor is like a sister to her and she has done absolutely nothing wrong,” the source added.
Brittany Mahomes reportedly took offense at Trump going after Swift because Swift never mentioned Trump in her post endorsing Kamala Harris, so Mahomes likely thought that Trump had nothing to respond to.
“She didn’t mention Trump in her post and is allowed to speak her mind,” the source continued.
What apparently set Brittany Mahomes off
Trump’s use of the “hate” in relation to Taylor Swift is what apparently triggered Brittany Mahomes.
“She does not believe in hate in any form and loves Taylor so much,” the source explained. “This shook her to the core.”
However, Brittany Mahomes is still voting for Donald Trump, although the Swift post makes it less likely that she will be liking and sharing Trump’s online posts.
“This doesn’t mean she is suddenly voting Kamala. It has just made her more aware of supporting him so publicly,” the source stated.
Brittany Mahomes faced a deluge of online harassment when she went public with support for Donald Trump.
Mahomes responded on social media by slamming her hates as brain addled children.
“I mean honestly, to be a hater as an adult you have to have some deep rooted issues you refuse to heal from childhood,” Mahomes wrote on Instagram.
“There’s no reason your brain is fully developed and you hate to see others doing well,” Mahomes added.
Mahomes is also the wife of all-world Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
Patrick Mahomes faced media pressure about his wife’s politics and questions about whether or not he was a secret Trump supporter.
Brittany Mahomes likely put the word out that she was cooling her support for Trump to relieve some of that pressure.
