Donald Trump picked one fight with Kamala Harris that could tip the election

Kamala Harris’ streak of good luck is about to run out after her hot start to the race.

Her left-wing record is her Achilles heel.

And Donald Trump picked one fight with Kamala Harris that could tip the election.

Energy politics take center stage in Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania has replaced Ohio and Florida as the most important swing state in Presidential elections.

The state’s 19 Electoral Votes are crucial for both candidates’ paths to victory.

Vice President Kamala Harris has avoided scrutiny from the media about her Green New Deal policies since entering the race.

She boasted in a 2019 CNN town hall that she would ban fracking when she was running for the Democrat Presidential nomination.

And her actions back that up.

Harris sued the Obama administration in 2016 as California Attorney General to stop offshore fracking.

She continued her war on fracking after she was elected to the U.S. Senate and co-sponsored the Green New Deal.

Now, she’s feeling the heat over her support for banning fracking in Pennsylvania.

Fracking has turned the state into the second-largest producer of natural gas in the country and created tens of thousands of good-paying jobs.

With Pennsylvania on the line, Harris’ campaign quietly put out a statement claiming she no longer supports banning fracking.

Donald Trump goes on the offensive over energy in Pennsylvania

Former President Donald Trump hammered Harris for her flip-flop on fracking at a campaign rally in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

“She’s against fracking, she’s against oil drilling, she wants everybody to have one electric car and share it with the neighbors,” Trump said.

He warned that Harris would flip back to her original position of banning it once she was elected.

“Harris has stated repeatedly that she supports, quote, banning fracking. I’ll ban fracking, I’ll ban it on my first day,” Trump stated.

Trump called her statement saying she no longer supports a ban “fake, fake, fake.”

“Remember, a politician always goes back to what their original thought was,” Trump warned.

He noted that Harris supported the “green new scam” when she was a Senator and during her 2020 Presidential run.

“$100 trillion green new scam designed to abolish the oil, coal, and natural gas industry entirely,” Trump exclaimed.

Trump is running on unleashing American energy after the Biden-Harris administration cracked down on it.

Oil and gas companies are still waiting to hear from Harris what her energy agenda will be.

“It’s safe to say that we and a lot of other folks are eager to hear from the Vice President,” American Petroleum Institute Vice President Dustin Meyer.

Harris has avoided any detailed policy proposals or questions from the press so far in her campaign.

That’s why Trump is attacking her early in an attempt to define her to voters as a Green New Deal-supporting extremist.

Even a small shift against Harris from her anti-fracking position could hurt in Pennsylvania.

The state was decided by about 44,000 votes in the 2016 Election and a little over 81,000 votes in 2020.

Kamala Harris’ record of wanting to destroy the fossil fuel industry could cost her dearly in the most important swing state this election.
