Donald Trump predicts Kamala Harris’ honeymoon period will end
Not even Barack Obama enjoyed the Pravda-like coverage afforded to Kamala Harris since she entered the race.
Over the last three weeks, Harris received hundreds of millions of dollars in free media and TV networks, and newspapers covered her like she was the second coming with glowing profiles and stage-managed events that looked like Taylor Swift concerts.
The polls suddenly shifted.
Donald Trump looked like he was on the verge of a blowout win over Joe Biden.
Now the RealClearPolitics polling average shows Harris narrowly leading Trump nationally and the battleground states are a tossup.
But this grace period can’t last forever.
Trump held a news conference at Mar-a-Lago where he predicted the sugar high from Harris taking over for Joe Biden would end fairly shortly.
“Oh, it’s gonna end. The honeymoon period’s gonna end,” Trump predicted.
Trump admitted that Harris’ honeymoon would likely run through the Democrat Party convention, which concludes on August 22.
“Look, she’s got a little period. She’s got a convention coming up,” Trump added.

Trump explained to reporters that Harris’ record was one of failure and incompetence going back to her days in California.
“It’s not about her. I think she’s incompetent because I’ve watched her. She destroyed California. She destroyed San Francisco. Everything she’s touched has turned to bad things,” Trump stated.
Trump explained that one reason Harris’ honeymoon period lasted so long is because her handlers kept her reading from a teleprompter and won’t let her speak without a script.
“Because she can’t do better than Biden. Now, he had a reason for not doing well, and he was never — 25 years ago, the sharpest or brightest bulb in the ceiling, that I can tell you. Ok, he wasn’t, but he could do interviews. At least, not lately, he couldn’t, perhaps, but she should be doing interviews,” Trump continued.
Trump said the main focus of this election would be Harris’ policies – the same policies Joe Biden supported – and that would bring economic ruin, floods of illegal aliens, and mass crime to America.
“She wants to open borders. She wants to defund the police . . . She wants to take away your guns. Anybody that thinks they’re not going to come after your guns — you know, when I was president, I totally protected the guns, and I think it’s very important,” Trump concluded.
Donald Trump is betting that the media propaganda can only carry Harris so far.
At some point she will have to stand on her own.
And Trump believes that is the moment when she will collapse.
