America turns 250 years old on July 4th.
Trump just announced he is throwing the biggest birthday party this country has ever seen.
What he is putting in the sky above the Washington Monument that night will shatter a world record that has stood for a decade.
860,000 Fireworks and a Guinness World Record
Trump announced Monday that the July 4th celebration in Washington will launch 860,754 fireworks in a 40-minute display at the Lincoln Memorial and Washington Monument – a direct attempt to shatter the Guinness World Record for largest fireworks show in history.
The current record belongs to Manila, Philippines, set on New Year's Eve 2016 with approximately 809,000 fireworks.
America is about to blow that away by more than 50,000 rounds.

Freedom 250 – the White House public-private partnership behind the 250th anniversary celebrations – is working with Pyrotecnico, the Pennsylvania-based company that produces fireworks for the Super Bowl, to execute the show.
Fifty or more trucks will transport the fireworks to Washington.
Sixty crew members will run the display.
The theme is patriotic – red, white, and blue.
Pyrotecnico called the record attempt "not only a once-in-a-generation spectacle but a landmark moment in fireworks history."
The Full Tribute to America
The fireworks are just the finale.
Starting at 7 p.m. Eastern, Trump will host what he called the "most spectacular TRUMP RALLY of them all" – a Tribute to America at the Lincoln Memorial featuring more than 300 members of the U.S. military bands, orchestras, and ceremonial units performing patriotic melodies, American classics, and Trump's personal playlist.
Trump made clear who is not on that playlist – "none of those people that put you to sleep and constantly complain."

Military flyovers and airshows featuring top pilots and equipment will run throughout the evening.
Trump will deliver keynote remarks before personally launching the historic fireworks display.
The event continues Trump's transformation of Washington, D.C. – the restored Reflecting Pool now serves as the backdrop, the same pool Democrats said couldn't be fixed and then went silent when they saw what Trump's team built.
This July 4th follows a full slate of America's 250th anniversary celebrations Trump has orchestrated, including the Rededicate 250 prayer event on the National Mall last month and Sunday's UFC Freedom 250 – where fighters quoted scripture and MMA star Mauricio Ruffy thanked Jesus Christ after his victory.
This Is What Patriotism Looks Like When It's Not Managed by Committees
The last time Trump put on a July 4th show at the Lincoln Memorial was 2019 – tanks on the Mall, military flyovers, and a speech where he told the crowd America was stronger than it had ever been before.
The media spent weeks calling it dangerous and militaristic.
Americans loved it.
Now Trump is doing it again – seven years later, with the whole world watching America turn 250.

Freedom 250 spokesperson Rachel Reisner called the July 4th celebration "a breathtaking fireworks finale that will shatter world records and stand as the most spectacular firework display the world has ever seen."
She is right.
July 4, 2026 is not just America's 250th birthday.
It is proof of what happens when someone who actually believes in American greatness is running the country instead of apologizing for it.
Be there.
