Donald Trump is gearing up for a knock-down drag-out fight against the Deep State

The Left is preparing for the possibility of Donald Trump returning to the White House.

Making sure their allies buried in the federal bureaucracy are protected has become a top priority.

Now Donald Trump is gearing up for a knock-down drag-out fight against the Deep State.

Justice Department is being stacked with partisan hacks in preparation for Trump’s return

Democrats are over the moon about Vice President Kamala Harris after she became the party’s Presidential nominee.

But preparations are underway in the federal bureaucracy for a potential second term by former President Donald Trump.

The Justice Department was filled with career political hacks who worked against Trump during his first term in office.

FBI officials helped push the Russian collusion hoax that bogged down much of his first term.

Now the Biden-Harris administration is stacking the Justice Department with loyalists who would work to undermine Trump’s second term, according to a nonpartisan government watchdog group.

Protect the Public’s Trust used Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to uncover the hiring scheme occurring at the Justice Department.

Protect the Public’s Trust Director Michael Chamberlain told Just the News, No Noise that the Biden-Harris administration was circumventing the usual federal hiring practices to get their people into the Justice Department.

“Normally to be hired into a career civil service job it takes a listing in usajobs.gov and they’ll have several candidates, and they’ll go through a competitive process to choose these,” Chamberlain explained. “But, the DOJ is using a process outside of that, the non-competitive process, to hire hundreds of attorneys into areas that are going to be vital to protecting the Biden-Harris administration’s policies from a Trump administration or another future administration.”

Building a “Trump-proof” Justice Department

The Biden-Harris administration is using what’s called Schedule A hiring that’s meant for hard-to-fill positions to appoint career bureaucrats.

Some of these hires would receive civil services protections that would make it difficult to remove them and “Trump-proof” the Justice Department.

Schedule A is meant to be used to hire people with physical or mental disabilities and certain hard-to-fill roles like scientists, chaplains, and attorneys.

But the Biden-Harris administration hired more than 100 federal immigration judges who will decide if illegal aliens are allowed to stay in the country through Schedule A.

More than 100 attorneys have been hired through Schedule A to the Justice Department’s Environment and Natural Resources Division, which enforces major environmental laws like the Clean Air Act.

“The Biden-Harris administration and its allies have already signaled their intent to hamstring their successor and prevent a future president from reversing their agenda,” Chamberlain said. “Exploiting non-competitive hiring authorities to fill career civil service positions could be just another component of this scheme. It’s no wonder that the public’s trust in its government has all but disappeared.”

Trump has vowed to make it easier to fire career federal bureaucrats by changing their job classification through an executive known as Schedule F that stripped some federal employees of their civil service protections.

The former President could have a major fight on his hands early on in his second term to clear out career federal bureaucrats.
