Democrats hauled Bill Clinton before Congress and forced him to swear under oath he knew nothing about Epstein's crimes.
Now the man who controlled every dollar Epstein ever spent just sat down in that same building – and told them exactly what they didn't want to hear.
Five witnesses under oath have now cleared Donald Trump of any involvement with Jeffrey Epstein, and the Democrats who turned this investigation into a political weapon have nothing to show for it.
Richard Kahn Controlled Epstein's Finances for 15 Years
Richard Kahn wasn't some casual acquaintance of Jeffrey Epstein.
He was the architect of Epstein's financial empire for over a decade – managing investments, overseeing renovations on the private Caribbean island, tracking gifts, authorizing payments to victims.
When Epstein died in 2019, Kahn became co-executor of an estate initially valued at $650 million.
He knew where the money came from.
He knew where the money went.
And on Wednesday, March 11, under oath before the House Oversight Committee, he said he never saw a single transaction from Epstein to Donald Trump or anyone in Trump's family.
"That makes the fifth witness now that's testified under oath that they've never seen any involvement by Donald Trump or the family," Chairman James Comer told reporters after the deposition.
Five witnesses.
Former Attorney General William Barr. Bill Clinton. Three others with direct knowledge of Epstein's inner circle.
Now the man who controlled the checkbook.
All five said the same thing.
How Democrats Turned the Epstein Investigation Into an Anti-Trump Operation
The Democratic strategy going into this investigation was never really about Jeffrey Epstein.
It was about Donald Trump.
They forced the Clintons to testify – betting Republicans had set a precedent they could reverse and weaponize against the sitting president.
They demanded Pam Bondi appear under oath, accusing the Justice Department of a "White House cover-up."
They leaked selectively edited documents and photos designed to manufacture an anti-Trump narrative – then blamed Republicans when the deception unraveled.
Comer's committee documented it in writing: Democrats had "selectively leaked three emails from more than 20,000 pages of documents produced by the Epstein Estate" and "applied their own redactions to manufacture an anti-Trump narrative and mislead the media and the public."
This was never an honest investigation.
It was opposition research dressed up in subpoenas.
And Kahn's testimony – cooperative, detailed, and devastating to the Democrat narrative – just exposed the entire operation for what it was.
What the Epstein Files Revealed About Who Actually Paid Epstein
Kahn didn't just exonerate Trump.
He named the five men who actually paid Jeffrey Epstein significant sums of money: Victoria's Secret billionaire Les Wexner, hedge fund manager Glenn Dubin, tech investor Steven Sinofsky, the Rothschild family, and financier Leon Black.
Epstein ran at least 64 interconnected entities across his financial empire – a web of shell companies, trusts, and accounts that funneled money to victims, funded a lavish lifestyle across multiple properties, and paid college tuition for some of those same victims.
Kahn received over $10 million for his services between 2011 and 2019, according to a Virgin Islands government lawsuit – and Epstein planned to leave him $25 million in his will.
The estate stood at $650 million at Epstein's death.
It now sits at approximately $127 million – steadily depleted by victim settlements, including a $25 million class-action settlement Kahn helped negotiate just last month.
Democratic Rep. James Walkinshaw said he didn't find Kahn's claim of ignorance credible.
He's entitled to his opinion.
But Walkinshaw isn't the one who testified under oath – and what Walkinshaw believes about Kahn has no bearing whatsoever on what five witnesses said about Trump.
The Real Epstein Investigation James Comer Is Still Pursuing
Here's what the Democrats screaming about Trump don't want to discuss.
Epstein's lawyer, Darren Indyke – the other co-executor of the estate – testifies next week on March 19.
Leon Black, identified Wednesday as one of Epstein's five major financial patrons, has been asked to appear voluntarily on May 13.
These are the leads worth following.
These are the threads that could actually produce accountability for the women Epstein trafficked and the powerful men who enabled him.
Instead, Democrats spent their deposition time asking about Trump – a man five sworn witnesses have now cleared – while the real financial architecture of Epstein's criminal enterprise sits waiting to be examined.
The victims of Jeffrey Epstein deserve a real investigation.
What they got from Democrats was a political operation.
And today, the man who watched every dollar flow through Epstein's empire for fifteen years just told them so.
