Democrats are already preparing for a Kamala Harris victory.

The Supreme Court is target number one
If Donald Trump is public enemy number one for the Left, then the Supreme Court is running a very close second.
Ever since the conservative majority corrected the historical mistake of Roe v. Wade, the Left grew angry at the Supreme Court.
A Joe Biden supporter even tried to assassinate Brett Kavanaugh in retaliation after a draft of the decision was leaked.
The rage at the Supreme Court grew white hot after the Justices correctly ruled that Presidents had immunity from criminal prosecution for official acts in office.
That ruling obliterated Jack Smith’s January 6 witch hunt and ensured there will be no trial before the election.
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) promised revenge if Kamala Harris wins the White House and Democrats control both Houses of Congress.
“The Supreme Court has become a morass, both ethically and substantively,” Schumer said in an interview with NBC News.
Schumer warned that Democrats would look at every proposal possible to dismantle the conservative majority on the Supreme Court.
“We’re going to look at everything. There are lots of proposals,” Schumer added.
The Democrats planned line of attack on the Supreme Court
Democrats would like to pack the Supreme Court by adding as many as six liberal Justices.
But court packing is historically unpopular.
Even FDR, at the height of his popularity, had to back down from a proposed court packing scheme.
That’s why Joe Biden settled on a backdoor court packing scheme in the form of term limits.
Biden proposed 18-year limits on how long Justices could serve on the bench that would apply immediately.
Kamala Harris endorsed this scheme.
“President Biden and I are calling on Congress to pass important reforms – from imposing term limits for Justices’ active service, to requiring Justices to comply with binding ethics rules just like every other federal judge. These popular reforms will help to restore confidence in the Court, strengthen our democracy, and ensure no one is above the law,” Harris declared.
The 18-year term limit immediately being enforced would only affect three Justices in 2025.
And they – not coincidentally – happen to be conservatives.
If Harris and Schumer ram this law into effect then Justices John Roberts, Samuel Alito, and Clarence Thomas all face mandatory retirement.
That would allow Harris and the Democrat controlled Senate to confirm three liberal replacements and flip the court from a six to three conservative majority to a six to three liberal majority.
Democrats don’t want to spend decades winning enough elections to flip the court.
They want a short cut.
And court packing through term limits is the agreed upon cheat code.
