Chip Gaines just proved that sometimes big corporate America can get it right.

The Fixer Upper star stepped up to honor true American heroes.

And Chip Gaines stunned this U.S. veteran with one big donation that left him speechless.

Bobcat Company recognizes American heroes with new initiative

While too many corporate giants have gone woke in recent years, one American company is making headlines for all the right reasons.

Bobcat Company, the renowned global equipment manufacturer, just launched a nationwide initiative that’s turning heads across the heartland.

The “Work Worth Doing” campaign is dedicated to recognizing everyday Americans who are making real differences in their communities – not celebrity activists or virtue-signaling elites, but regular folks rolling up their sleeves and getting their hands dirty for a cause they believe in.

Laura Ness Owens, Bobcat’s vice president of global brand and marketing, explained the company’s motivation behind the initiative.

“Bobcat products are more than just a piece of equipment; they are tools of transformation,” Owens said. “Our ‘Work Worth Doing’ initiative showcases how Bobcat owners and operators can drive meaningful change, illustrating how a single effort led by one individual can create an extraordinary impact.”

Chip Gaines delivers life-changing surprise to veteran hero

To kick off the initiative, Bobcat partnered with entrepreneur and co-founder of Magnolia, Chip Gaines, who made a surprise visit to a United States veteran doing extraordinary work in his community.

Jason Shields, the founder of Hoof Haven Sanctuary, has dedicated his life to rescuing endangered and injured horses, rehabilitating them, and providing them with a forever home.

As a veteran who served his country honorably, Shields exemplifies the type of American hero who continues to serve long after hanging up the uniform.

Gaines, known for his appreciation of both construction equipment and horses, personally delivered a brand-new Bobcat T595 compact track loader to Shields – a piece of equipment that will dramatically improve operations at the sanctuary.

“As a longtime fan and customer of Bobcat, I’m incredibly proud to be part of this initiative,” Gaines said. “It’s about celebrating the everyday heroes—the people who dig in to solve problems, roll up their sleeves and make a real difference.”

The home renovation expert added, “As someone passionate about giving back, it’s important to me to partner with and support organizations that embody those same values. Partnering with Bobcat has opened up unique opportunities for me to give back and extending this support to Jason furthers the mission that both Bobcat and I are dedicated to.”

Major celebrities joining forces to honor community heroes

Bobcat isn’t stopping with Chip Gaines. The company has enlisted several other high-profile ambassadors to join the “Work Worth Doing” campaign throughout 2025.

Director and actor Josh Duhamel, country music star Justin Moore, and professional BMX rider Ryan Nyquist will all be making surprise appearances around the country, visiting and rewarding Americans who are making significant differences in their communities.

Each hometown hero has been nominated by a local Bobcat dealer for their outstanding contributions, highlighting the company’s focus on recognizing genuine grassroots impact rather than staged publicity stunts.

For a country tired of watching corporate America cave to the woke mob, Bobcat’s initiative represents a refreshing return to traditional American values of hard work, community service, and supporting those who serve others.

While political divisions continue to plague the nation, initiatives like “Work Worth Doing” remind Americans that coming together to support community heroes can transcend partisan boundaries and unite citizens around shared values.

This campaign stands in stark contrast to many recent corporate initiatives that have alienated half the country by embracing divisive political agendas. Instead, Bobcat is focusing on universal values of service, sacrifice, and community support.

The “Work Worth Doing” initiative will continue throughout 2025, with Duhamel, Moore, and Nyquist set to surprise deserving community heroes with equipment and support that will help them expand their positive impact.

Bobcat Company has a long history in America, having created the compact equipment industry in 1958. Their North American headquarters remains in West Fargo, North Dakota, demonstrating their commitment to the American heartland.
