The Clinton war room architect just moved his Trump resignation deadline to Easter 2027.
Trump survived two impeachments, four indictments, a felony conviction, and an assassination attempt – and won the presidency again.
Carville has said this before – and before that – and the man he keeps burying just keeps winning.
Carville's Prediction Track Record Is a Graveyard of Wrong
Three months ago, Carville released a video titled "Trump Will Be Gone, Sooner Than You Think!" and predicted Trump would be gone by March 2027.
March came and went on the calendar.
Before that, back in the spring of 2026, he declared Trump was "just going to f—ing walk away because the Democrats control the House and the Senate."
Democrats do not control the House and the Senate.

Now he has moved the expiration date to Easter 2027 – and his reasoning tells you everything you need to know about how the left thinks about Trump.
"He's already bored," Carville said Sunday on his Politics War Room podcast. "He can't stay awake. He says he's bored with the Iran war."
He called Trump "a soft man" who "sleeps all the time" and claimed Trump's advisers are keeping bad news from him.
The White House had a one-sentence response.
"James Carville is a stone-cold loser who suffers from a severe and incurable disease known as Trump Derangement Syndrome, and it has rotted his peanut-sized brain," White House spokesman Davis Ingle told Fox News Digital.
Democrats Have Been Predicting This Since 2017
This is not James Carville being eccentric.
This is the entire Democrat Party's nine-year fantasy playing out on a podcast.
Democrats filed the first impeachment article against Trump in July 2017 – two months into his first term.
They spent his entire first term predicting he would fold, quit, resign, or be removed.
They impeached him twice – Ukraine in 2019, January 6 in 2021 – and the Senate acquitted him both times.
He is now in his second term.

The scheme Carville describes is the same one Democrats have run in their heads for years: a Democratic House wins in November, launches investigations, the legal pressure builds, Trump cuts a deal, resigns, and Vance pardons him.
What he cannot explain is why a man who walked through all of that and still won the presidency again would fold the moment Democrats get subpoena power.
This Is What Desperation Looks Like
Carville's predictions are not analysis.
They are wishful thinking dressed in the language of strategy.
He is 81 years old, running a podcast, and has watched the man he has spent a decade trying to destroy win over and over.
The "bored president who doesn't know what's coming" narrative requires you to believe Trump – who watches his own press coverage obsessively, who built a media empire tracking his enemies, who turned every prosecution into a campaign ad – is somehow unaware of what a Democratic House would do.
That is not a serious argument.
It is a cope.

Democrats need Carville's predictions to be true because the alternative – that Trump is competent, that voters actually like what he is doing, that the midterms might not deliver the wave they need – is something they cannot accept.
So they keep moving the deadline, the followers keep sharing the video, and Carville keeps finding a new holiday to attach to the same prediction.
Come Easter 2027, he will either be proven right for the first time or he will announce a new date.
History says bet on the date.
