Jen Psaki slid seamlessly from White House Press Secretary to a role on MSNBC.
Her job title may have changed, but she was still delivering a spin job for Joe Biden.
And a top Republican started a fight with Jen Psaki that she never saw coming.
Republican Senator puts the media on notice over its biased election coverage
The 2024 Election was the most outrageous example of media bias in the country’s history.
Journalists made it their personal mission to defeat President-elect Donald Trump.
Vice President Kamala Harris was propped up by billions of dollars worth of positive media coverage that fueled her surge in the polls after entering the race.
Trump was relentlessly attacked by the media with an avalanche of lies and hoaxes.
Kamala had the media acting as her public relations team during the campaign.
The media is filled with former Democrat politicos who joined its ranks after their political careers ended.
Political operatives like ABC News host George Stephanopoulos – a hatchet man for former President Bill Clinton – and former Biden White House Secretary Jen Psaki turned MSNBC host are still helping Democrats, but they’re doing it from a studio.
U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) sent a letter to the executives at Fox, CBS, Disney, and NBCUniversal that demanded answers for their network’s biased political coverage.
“Eight years ago, I sent a letter to your predecessors on behalf of concerned citizens nationwide, addressing the blatant media bias observed during the 2016 Presidential Election,” Cramer wrote. “To date, none of your prospective networks have responded. Following the 2024 Presidential Election, I find myself compelled to write once more — this time with even greater urgency.”
Cramer said that his concerns from the 2016 Election were ignored and the problem with bias has gotten worse.
Trust in the media collapsed during the Presidential election
“Public confidence in your national news operations and programming has plummeted to unprecedented levels,” Cramer explained. “Last month, a Gallup survey revealed the public’s trust in mass media has hit an all-time low, with only 31% of Americans expressing confidence in media integrity, and a mere 12% of Republicans maintaining any trust in the fairness of national news coverage.”
Gallup found that the public’s trust in the media hit a record low in their October survey.
Less than one-third of the country had a “great deal” or a “fair amount” of trust in the mass media in the poll.
“The editorial slant of your national news programming not only betrays the trust of Americans, but also undermines the exceptional work of local affiliates,” Cramer wrote. “These affiliates, especially those serving rural communities, work tirelessly to provide fair and valuable reporting, but their credibility is eroded by association with biased national coverage.”
A late October report by the Media Research Center found that the coverage of the Presidential election by three major national broadcast networks was the “most lopsided in history.”
Kamala received 78% positive coverage from NBC, CBS, and ABC, while Trump’s coverage was 85% negative.
The media has become an unregistered Democrat super PAC working to defeat Republican candidates.
