Donald Trump is returning to Washington, D.C. to finish draining the “Swamp.”
He’s ready to wage open warfare against the unelected bureaucrats who reside there.
And an FBI official was raising hell after Donald Trump started one fight with the Deep State.
Donald Trump set off a political earthquake with his Attorney General nomination
The Justice Department undermined President-elect Donald Trump’s first term in office when the FBI pushed the Russian collusion hoax against him.
He sent shockwaves through the political world when he announced that conservative firebrand Representative Matt Gaetz (R-FL) would be his nominee for Attorney General.
Gaetz is a no-holds-barred fighter for Trump and his agenda.
Picking him as the nominee sent a signal that he was ready to go to war with the Deep State bureaucrats residing in the Justice Department.
Disgraced former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe was one of the ringleaders of the Russian Collusion Hoax before Trump fired him for leaking in 2018.
He warned that Gaetz being selected as the Attorney General nominee was a sign that Trump was serious about dismantling the FBI and the Justice Department during an appearance on CNN.
“There are so many things that jump out when you hear the prospect of that nomination,” McCabe said. “The first thing that really impresses me is what it says about Donald Trump’s intention for the FBI.”
McCabe whined that Gaetz was completely unqualified to be the Attorney General.
Matt Gaetz is ready to clean up the FBI and the Justice Department
McCabe warned CNN viewers about Gaetz but it became an unintentional endorsement of what the conservative firebrand could do to clear out the rot at the Justice Department.
“He is singularly a disruptor,” McCabe stated. “He has been selected because of his interest and desire to go into the organization and tear things apart, likely get rid of people, and stop doing a lot of the work the Justice Department is currently doing.”
The Gaetz selection was a sign that Trump was serious about dismantling the FBI and the Justice Department, according to McCabe.
“We have spent a lot of months debating whether or not Donald Trump actually means the things he says about the Department of Justice and the FBI and if he will actually try to dismantle those organizations in a serious way,” McCabe fumed. “I think the selection of Matt Gaetz is a clear indication of just how squarely he intends to do that.”
The disgraced former FBI agent was appalled that Gaetz could become the Attorney General.
“The idea of Matt Gaetz, a guy who may have practiced law in a small firm in Florida for a year or two before going into politics, is just unthinkable,” McCabe said. “It’s unimaginable that he would be able to rise to the significant demands of that role and perform it in a way that actually added value to the nation’s national security process.”
“For me, that is the part that really shakes me to my core,” McCabe continued. “Beyond that, there are a million different ways he could negatively impact the department and its component parts like the FBI, simply due to his misunderstanding and lack of respect for the work they do.”
When one of the ringleaders of the Russian collusion hoax is panicking about Matt Gaetz becoming Attorney General, then Donald Trump found the right nominee.
