The media has reached new lows for dishonesty after Kamala Harris entered the race.
Republican politicians haven’t been the only target of their smear campaigns.
And a country music star had some bad news for the media that had a Trump rally cheering.

Vice President Kamala Harris has leaned into star power in the closing weeks of the election.
Actors, musicians, and athletes have appeared at campaign events for her.
Some are actually going door to door to contact voters.

Former President Donald Trump turned to some star power of his own at a campaign rally in Duluth, Georgia hosted by Turning Point USA.
Country music star Jason Aldean gave a speech before introducing Trump at the rally.
Aldean noted that he’s seen how the media lies about its targets.
“I‘ve seen firsthand how the media can twist the truth. They’ve done it to me, simply for putting out a song called ‘Try that in a Small Town,’ if you guys can remember that,” Aldean told the crowd, which started cheering.
Aldean faced a cancel culture outrage mob over his hit song, “Try that in a Small Town,” in the summer of 2023 for its music video, which featured news footage of the 2020 Black Lives Matter riots.
“The song simply called out people for trashing our cities, harming people, disrespecting law enforcement, and costing our taxpayers millions of dollars for their unruly behavior,” Aldean explained. “But no one is on the receiving end of lies and fake news more than President Trump. That’s a fact. He endures more than the average person can fathom, and the fact that he doesn’t need to be here but chooses to be here says everything I need to know.”
Jason Aldean tells a story about his experience with Donald Trump
Trump and Aldean have become friends in recent years and the pair have played golf together.
He said he learned everything he needed to know about the former President the first time he ever met him.
“And so we’re coming up to a green one day and his grounds crew was working,” Aldean said. “They kinda got out of the way so we could finish the hole.”
“After we’re done, he walks up — there’s, like, four of these guys — he walks up and says, ‘Hey man, nice to meet you, how long have you been here? How long have you worked here?’ I think the guy told him five or six years,” Aldean recalled. “He just shoved him off about $500. Thanked him for his loyalty to him.”
Trump thanked all of the members of the grounds crew and gave them cash.
“Never turned around. No cameras rolling, anything,” Aldean said. “And it told me a lot about the guy the very first time I ever met him.”
Aldean also noted that Trump established a GoFundMe raiser to help the victims of Hurricane Helene that raised more than $6 million.
“That’s why I’m friends with President Trump. That’s why I’m gonna cast — already cast my vote Monday, for President Trump, as a matter of fact,” Aldean stated.
