ABC News picked one fight with J.D. Vance that instantly backfired

The media is unloading everything in its arsenal to try and elect Kamala Harris President.

There is no lie, misinformation, or conspiracy theory the press won’t embrace to try and defeat Donald Trump.

But now ABC News picked one fight with J.D. Vance that instantly backfired.

ABC’s liberal bias gets worse

ABC’s Martha Raddatz cried on-air during the network’s 2016 Election Night coverage as it became apparent Donald Trump was going to win the Presidency.

Raddatz is one of the anchors of ABC’s Sunday morning program This Week.

ABC’s credibility is already in the toilet following David Muir and Linsey Davis’ biased moderating in the September 10 debate between Trump and Kamala Harris.

Raddatz’s interview with J.D. Vance on This Week somehow managed to do even more damage to ABC’s reputation.

In the interview, Raddatz asked Vance about Trump’s recent rally in Aurora, Colorado.

Aurora is where the deadly Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang, which Kamala Harris allowed into the country, took over multiple apartment complexes.

Trump held the rally to announce that as President he would invoke the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to remove migrant gangs from America.

Raddatz tried to play “gotcha” with Vance by claiming Donald Trump exaggerated the gang takeover because Tren de Aragua laid siege to only a “handful” of apartment buildings.

“Senator Vance, I’m going to stop you because I know exactly what happened. I’m going to stop you. The incidents were limited to a handful of apartment complexes – apartment complexes and the mayor said our dedicated police officers have acted on those concerns. A handful of problems,” Raddatz responded.

J.D. Vance obliterates Raddatz’s absurd premise

Vance couldn’t believe what he was hearing.

Raddatz tried to argue that it was ok an illegal alien gang took over apartment complexes in an American city because the number of buildings under their control was small.

Vance let Raddatz have it.

“Only, Martha, do you hear yourself? Only a handful of apartment complexes in America were taken over by Venezuelan gangs, and Donald Trump is the problem and not Kamala Harris’s open border?” Vance began.

Vance said the focus of the media’s attention should be on holding Kamala Harris accountable for her failures as border czar rather than parse Donald Trump’s language.

“Americans are so fed up with what’s going on and they have every right to be and I really find this exchange, Martha, sort of interesting because you seem to be more focused with nitpicking everything that Donald Trump has said rather than acknowledging that apartment complexes in the United States of America are being taken over by violent gangs,” Vance added.

Vance explained that the 94 executive orders undoing Donald Trump’s border policies created the environment that allowed Venezuelan gangs to run roughshod over American communities.

“I worry so much more about that problem than anything else here. We’ve got to get American communities in a safe space again. And unfortunately, when you let people in by the millions, most of whom are unvetted, most of whom you don’t know who they really are, you’re going to have problems like this. Kamala Harris’ 94 executive orders that undid Donald Trump’s successful border policies, we knew this stuff would happen,” Vance continued.

Vance told Raddatz that Trump was right to call attention to this national disgrace.

“They bragged about opening the border and now we have the consequences and we’re living with it. We can do so much better, but frankly, we’re not going to do better, Martha, unless Donald Trump calls this stuff out. I’m glad that he did,” Vance stated.

Raddatz knew she was beaten and tried to move on to another topic rather than engage Vance in further debate.

“Okay. Let’s – let’s just – let’s just end that with they did not invade or take over the city as Donald Trump said. I want to move on to just–” Raddatz started to say.

But Vance made sure he got the last word in to remind viewers of how Raddatz thought it was no big deal that illegal alien gangs terrorized neighborhoods.

A few apartment complexes, no big deal.
