Serious threats against Donald Trump coming from Iran
The terrorist regime in Iran is targeting former President Donald Trump for assassination according to intelligence.
Iranian hackers have breached Trump’s campaign and stolen information that was sent to the media and Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign.
The FBI arrested Asif Merchant, a Pakistani national with ties to Iran, in Texas on July 12 – one day before Trump was shot – for his role in a murder-for-hire plot against Trump and other politicians.
Attorney General Merrick Garland told NBC News in August that Iran was aggressively plotting to kill Trump and former officials in his administration.
“I don’t think that we have seen the end of this,” Garland said. “I expect we will hear more.”
Trump ended the Iranian nuclear deal that former President Barack Obama negotiated.
And he imposed crippling sanctions on Iran’s economy.
Trump returning to the White House would be the end of Iran and its proxy forces like the Houthis running wild in the Middle East.
The FBI didn’t make Trump aware of the severity of the plot against him
Representative Mike Waltz (R-FL) – a former Army Green Beret – revealed that the FBI didn’t tell the Secret Service about how serious the Iranian plots against Trump were during an appearance on Fox News Channel’s Jesse Watters Primetime.
“It is bad enough that Iran has been trying to kill not only Trump but members of his cabinet for years,” Waltz said. “Trump’s core detail was denied resources for years in the runup to July 13th, but then the local police and we have some indication [that] the Secret Service was not told by the FBI the severity of the threat.”
Waltz noted that the Biden-Harris Justice Department obsesses over the alleged threat posed by Russia while downplaying the severity of the threat from Iran.
“We have never in our history encountered this level of election interference with an adversary openly talking about killing not only a former President but the leading Presidential candidate,” Waltz explained.
Fox News host Jesse Watters pointed out that Trump was denied additional Secret Service resources for the July 13 campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, despite threat level.
“Trump almost gets murdered on live television, and then they don’t tell anybody about anything, they start stonewalling, and they continue to deny him adequate Secret Service protection, continue to tell everybody he’s a threat, and then give more Secret Service protection to the Iranians while they’re in town, and Trump’s not allowed to do rallies in Wisconsin because that’s too dangerous,” Watters said. “Do I have all that right?”
The former President had to cancel an outdoor rally in Wisconsin because of a lack of security resources while the Secret Service was protecting Iranian officials in New York City for the United Nations General Assembly.
Waltz noted that the Secret Service and local law enforcement in Butler weren’t informed that the Pakistani national was arrested the day before.
The former Green Beret said that the situation around the gunman who shot Trump “stinks” because he had encrypted foreign messaging apps and learned how to build improvised explosive devices (IEDs).
“On the one hand they say we don’t know anything about him, but in the same breath we’re confident he acted alone, but in the same breath we can’t get into all of his encrypted accounts, but yet we’re confident he acted alone. Right,” Waltz said.
The Biden-Harris administration is playing political games with Donald Trump’s security.
