Donald Trump has one secret weapon that could wreck Kamala Harris in November

Donald Trump and Kamala Harris are in a race that’s neck and neck.

Everything on the margins matters in a close election.

And Donald Trump had one secret weapon that could wreck Kamala Harris in November.

The Amish could put Trump over the top in Pennsylvania

The road to the White House goes through the swing state of Pennsylvania.

Whoever wins the state and its 19 electoral votes will have the inside track on winning the election.

The race in Pennsylvania couldn’t be any closer.

Five of the last nine polls out of the state in the RealClearPolitics polling average show a tie.

Two polls have former President Donald Trump in the lead, while another two have Vice President Kamala Harris on top.

Pennsylvania is drawing the most money and attention from both Presidential campaigns.

And both campaigns are looking everywhere in the state to find more voters.

Conservative activist Scott Presler has been leading an effort to register and turn out voters in Pennsylvania.

He thinks that the state’s Amish population could help put Trump over the top.

The Amish usually aren’t politically engaged, but when they do vote, they’re overwhelmingly Republican.

“I want you to know, we are courting the Amish vote,” Presler said at a Turning Point Action conference. “The Amish, if they are mobilized, could literally save Western civilization.”

There are an estimated 90,000 Amish residents in Pennsylvania.

Amish open to supporting Trump

The Trump campaign courted Amish voters in the 2016 Election with targeted advertising emphasizing Trump’s background running a business with his family.

Presler said that the Amish in Pennsylvania he’s spoken to are receptive to his message.

“When I go to the Amish and I tell them that they can have a private secret ballot that is sent to their homes, and they don’t have to drive their buggy to town and go to a polling location and have that stigma from their community: they love the idea of mail-in ballots,” Presler said. “And how epic would it be if a tool of the Democrats was used in order to get out the Amish vote and win and elect Donald J. Trump?”

The Amish and their lifestyle have come under threat from Democrats.

Amos Miller – an Amish farmer in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania – had his farm raided by the government for selling raw milk and products made from it like butter and yogurt.

The state bans the sale of some foods made from raw milk and requires permits for others.

Miller’s plight caught the attention of Donald Trump Jr. and Representative Thomas Massie (R-KY).

Only about 3,000 Amish voted in the 2020 Election in Pennsylvania, so there are more votes that could be potentially gained there.

Trump won Pennsylvania in the 2016 Election by about 44,000 votes.

President Joe Biden flipped the state in 2020, winning by roughly 81,000 votes.

The margins could matter once again in Pennsylvania this November.

And being able to turn out Amish voters in the state could give Donald Trump a crucial edge.
