Donald Trump gave Mitch McConnell this huge election ultimatum

Sep 20, 2024

RINO Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell is the leader of the surrender caucus.

That puts him in conflict with Donald Trump.

And Donald Trump gave Mitch McConnell this huge election ultimatum.

Mitch McConnell wants to cave on government funding

Government funding runs out on October 1.

McConnell’s already trying to throw in the towel and agree to fully fund Kamala Harris’ agenda without putting up a fight.

Donald Trump has other ideas.

In a message posted to Truth Social, Trump declared that Republicans should reject any spending bill unless the SAVE Act is attached.

The SAVE Act makes it illegal for non-citizens to register to vote and would close loopholes that allow illegal aliens to get on the voter rolls.

Trump explained this legislation was vital to protect the integrity of the 2024 election.

“If Republicans don’t get the SAVE Act, and every ounce of it, they should not agree to a Continuing Resolution in any way, shape, or form. Democrats are registering Illegal Voters by the TENS OF THOUSANDS, as we speak – They will be voting in the 2024 Presidential Election, and they shouldn’t be allowed to. Only American Citizens should be voting in our Most Important Election in History, or any Election!” Trump added.

Trump told Republicans that, contrary to McConnell’s dooming, Kamala Harris would get the blame for ordering Democrats to reject common sense election integrity measures.

“A Vote must happen BEFORE the Election, not AFTER the Election when it is too late. BE SMART, REPUBLICANS, YOU’VE BEEN PUSHED AROUND LONG ENOUGH BY THE DEMOCRATS. DON’T LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN. Remember, this is Biden/Harris’ fault, not yours!” Trump concluded.

Non-citizens end up on the voter rolls

Officials in Maricopa County, Arizona, found that 100,0000 individuals received ballots in state elections for 20 years despite not providing proof of citizenship when registering to vote.

Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin issued an executive order that removed 80,000 dead people and 6,500 non-citizens from the voter rolls.

Youngkin said Virginia would take the lead in ensuring citizens could have confidence in election results.

“Non-citizens should not be allowed to vote in us or state or local elections, I believe firmly in that, and that’s why we’re doing the work that we’re doing, to make sure that they’re not,” Youngkin stated.

“Virginia is the crucible of democracy, and I first encourage all eligible Virginians to register and vote, but I also want to make sure that all Virginians have confidence that our elections are safe and secure, and that’s what the Executive Order 35 is all about codifying the actions that we have been taking to make our voter rolls the cleanest in the country and to make sure that our votes are accurately counted,” Youngkin continued.

Contrary to the false claims in the media, non-citizens do make their way onto the voter rolls.

And if non-citizens are on voter rolls, then they can potentially cast a ballot and cancel out the vote for a legal American citizen.

That’s a major problem.

Donald Trump says this is a fight worth having.

But Mitch McConnell is too afraid of the media blaming Republicans for a government shutdown and is looking to waive the white flag of surrender.
