In the past, we could always guess what they were coming for, but now we know their real target for this election.
Democrats slip up and admit their number one enemy in the 2024 election: football
There is always a hidden agenda
One of the biggest things people hate about politicians is how they are never straightforward with you.
Politicians will do the exact opposite of what they tell you they will do.
They just lie, cheat, and steal to the point where you can never tell what their true motives are.
But on rare occasions, politicians and their political parties slip up and tell us what they really have going on behind the curtain.
And it looks like one of the real targets by Democrats for 2024 has been revealed.
We all know that Democrats have a serious issue with guns and your Second Amendment rights.
But who could have ever guessed that Democrats have a serious issue with football?
What did football do to Democrats?
In an article released Monday on left-wing The Nation’s website, the argument was made that Democrats should stay clear of football because of its masculinity.
The Nation’s sports editor Dave Zirin claimed “The Dark Side of the Democratic Party’s Embrace of Football”:
“How confused, how utterly rattled, these conservatives must be at the moment. Democrats are claiming football for themselves; presenting the sport as not only patriotic but as a potent symbol of the kind of teamwork needed to take down Donald Trump. The presence on the ticket of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, a former defensive coordinator—as we were repeatedly reminded at the DNC—of the state champions at Mankato East High School, has flipped the pigskin script. Thousands of signs that read “Coach” and chants of the same flooded the DNC when he took the microphone. Former players of Walz—a collection of burly, middle-aged Minnesotans—even came onto the stage alongside him wearing their old jerseys.”
What is so terrifying about football?
Well, according to Zirin, football is untouchable because of its masculine and patriotic roots.
He wrote that:
“The platforming of football as a patriotic totem cannot be separated from the sport’s embrace of hypermasculinity and violence. These two pernicious parts of the game connected smoothly with the themes in Harris’s red-meat convention speech: nationalism and a shift to the right alongside a bellicose declaration of war-readiness—having the most “lethal fighting force.” This message was set to chants of “USA,” warming the heart of even Meghan McCain.”
Finally, he theorizes that Democrats’ embrace of football will cause young voters who support Hamas and climate change to turn away from Kamala’s campaign.
He explained:
“This championing of conservative symbols like football, in other words, could cost Harris and Walz the election, and it will be their own doing.”
We have seen it all now.

Makes you wonder if actions by Democrats against leagues like the NFL over the years have been to better the sport or to ruin its popularity.
But at least we know what keeps Democrats up at night.
